How to Stop Printer Ink Cartridges From Drying Out

Do NOT use adhesive tape on the nozzles .. The adhesive will clog them .. !

I was thinking the same thing. Maybe use a small piece of plastic wrap instead? Gently press it on so it creates a seal after cleaning the ink off the print head?

Its recommended that you put the cartridge in an air tight container with a wet paper towel to keep from drying out.

Will this work for ink tank printers also… because there will be a continuous flow from tank to the printer continuously and is there any chance of ink pipes getting dried out? Please clarify. Thank you _/\_
