Thanks for sharing this... Very Informative.. When we say we use snat we would accept any traffic from the source, believe it depends upon the service requested to further guide the ltm of which snat egress vlan ip or pool to be used. Say if its for Web traffic port 80 use the 10.x series snat and if its for a different service e.g. a dns port 53 use a different pool of snat ips. Pls let me if my understanding is correct. Thanks

Using private IP you can't go to internet. Public IP required, hence you can reach Google with private IP.
