I just received my inCharge X cable and couldn't at first figure out how to orient the micro USB plug. It looks so symmetric. So, the explanation in the video that the wider end is on the side of the magnet is very helpful. Couldn't find that information in the box or on the product page though. Did I miss it? I wish there was a more intuitive way to make it obvious, one could easily break something if orienting the wrong way.
It would be nice if the cap could also be connected to the cable too, that way you wouldn't lose it like I did.

I ordered several keyrings and cables from the previous campaign (inCharge6), they work wonderfully. So I also bought a second batch to give to my family and tech friends, they loved it!. The only problem with the old design was, that USB-C was on the outside meaning its capabilities were limited by MicroUSB/lightning speeds. I am glad you tackled the issue with the inChargeX. I ordered 2keyrings + 2cables + wireless pad and I regret nothing, you guys created an amazing product.
On April 2nd, I ordered the InchargeX and received it on April 21st. (I live in the UK now). Tested everything myself and it delivers exactly what was promised which I was not worried about after my previous experience with you.

Great cables so far! I have an X and max. Was just wondering if you were going to offer spare end caps for sale incase we loose one? Or in future versions offer a tethered cap?

Add 02:40, you mention a critical detail which is lacking from any instructions on micro usb usage - the magnet must be pointing down. I have damaged my micro usb port on my headphones because I did not know which way up it needed to be until I watched this video.
Actually, not sure why I am being so polite - Using the Incharge cable the wrong way up on a micro USB port has broken the charging port on my Bose headphones.
Initially, I thought it was user error but, thinking about it, it is because there is zero guidance provided to indicate which way up the cable should be used on micro USB ports.
Omg this just happened to me. With careful usage of a slim tweezer I've managed to push the..connectors? The little sticks inside the micro usb port, back into alignment and they seem to be working again. Frankly worried to even try again now that I know the correct orientation. For a $30 cable you'd think they could afford a single sheet of paper with a five second drawing...

I received mine in the post this week. Very happy with them so far. I wasn't sure how to actually open the ends to access the 2nd pair of connections inside - it took me a couple of tries to work out that you simply pull them gently outwards, towards the tips, and then they hinge out of the way. You might want to explain this in the marketing as I can imagine some people trying to force the connectors to hinge open before extending them outwards. Cheers!

Hi i was wondering how it works with the phone to phone charging mode, does one phone has to have some sort of settings on? And if i use Android on Android, wich one Will it charge? Does it have a step by step to make sure i want Android A charge up Android B for example

I sent several emails and no reply from you guys. I also have problem, it cannot charge my iPhone devices iPad Pro and iPhone 6s Plus. A message “The accessory may not be supported” popped up. While I changed with Apple cable or even Momax it can be charged. Apple original charger are used except using inCharge cable it does not work. So It obviously is the problem of inCharge.

You’re cords are useless will not charge Apple Products . Totally waste of money !
