@@divineknowledge4607 I went to school every day in the fall with a shotgun in my car so I could go duck or pheasant hunting after school. I wore my hunting jacket full of shells in the school. If I saw my guidance counselor in the halls, he would ask me what size shot I was going to use for hunting that day and would pull them out to show him. Many of the students in school hunted and NEVER once did we have a problem with guns. We respected the tool and were properly trained. My Dad's generation used to bring their uncased guns to school and lock them in their lockers next to their coat. His shop teacher would have them bring in the guns to class and teach them proper disassembly and cleaning. Never a problem with guns. I miss those days.

One of our officers here was shot three times recently. He’s recovering. Another officer was shot and killed years ago, leaving a wife and young children. Last week his now grown daughter was sworn in as an officer. These are the best people I know. Pray for them.

This is for the broken brained and those sheep who call a gang of 98% psychopaths their "HEROES".
AW. *A* cop died last year? tsk tsk tsk 😪
Read some statistics and pray that neither you or a family member comes across one of these psychopaths. Don't talk stupidity unless you read the statistics instead of parroting brainwash propaganda. Those consciousless mfers kill more than *ONE THOUSAND 'innocent' and 'unarmed' civilians EVERY YEAR.* And 10s of thousands of abuses and assaults on civilians for the slightest of reasons. Asking questions when stopped is enough to get assaulted or killed. Just one example of 100s of thousands recorded and posted on the Internet. A 17 year old WHITE BOY asked why he was stopped. I emphasize white because although they are becoming racially fair by brutalizing white people also it's still disproportionately inflicted on minorities and white people in the comments cheer them. It doesn't matter if the minority being abused is female, elderly or child. The mfer told him. Get out of the car. He again asked why. He was tased for 25 consecutive minutes. Enough to kill some people. Was that enough for the Maniac? Not even close. He dragged this limp unconscious boy out and cuffed him. You can hear the boy gurgling as he took breaths. He tells this unconscious boy to stand up and picks his limp body up by the handcuffs and dropped his whole body to the floor face first on the pavement. When another cop arrived he said the kid was fighting him. When EMS arrived he had no pulse. He survived but with life altering brain injuries that cost the Dept *$6.5 MILLION* ........ that you and I pay. Every Podunk town in our police state is paying many millions of dollars in lawsuits and settlements. *BILLIONS nationally.* And after the payouts they put these murderers right back on the street. These are who you call *YOUR "heroes"* as you close your eyes to reality

Yesterday I saw a video where two children were playing outside in a power wheel toy. Just riding around. They ran into a parked car. So a cop nearby played along and pulled up behind them. The two children who couldn't have been more than five both jumped out and abandoned the power wheel and took off running.
      They were small children.
People thought it was funny. I did not. Things like this video is what I thought of. I felt sad their hope for a future had already been sabotaged.

While today's standards it might not be acceptable he said use the stick, that is why we give it to you. I don't think modern police carry a night stick anymore, but if the officer had it in his hand he could have broke the gun arm avoiding being shot. In training at the academy we used cut pieces of PVC pipe covered with padding. Even with the padding a strike on the hand always results in the gun being dropped. Also a riot rod shoved between the legs while running will result in a face plant, or a strike on the thigh can induce vomiting.

Why is it that these incredibly serious crimes (shootings, murder/attempted murder, car theft, assaulting officers, etc) is occurring at such young ages, with the OVERWHELMING majority of the young ones seeming to be from a certain culture?..
If you ignored the people acting totally out of character (because they're on drugs or alcohol)- and you ONLY focused on people who are in a sober state of mind, DAMN the difference in the sober behaviors by people of different cultures towards police, is even more blatant and really astonishing.. I would love to see stats about this.. I grew up watching the show cops, and then most other shows that tried to copy it- and now see tons of UA-cam videos of police interactions- it's not something pulled out of thin air. If you've seen TONS AND TONS of police interactions, you notice patterns in all sorts of the behaviors of people shown.
I feel like most whites getting arrested were basically trailer trash, and seems like 90% of whites who fought police- were people who were really drunk or were batshit crazy and CLEARLY in need of heavy psych meds... That really doesn't seem to be the case with how other peoples police interactions play out..
There's obviously exceptions, and obviously not everyone adheres to the general statements I made.
Cop shows tend to show the most exciting, most wild encounters- and that's definitely where all of this can be the most easily seen..
Sad though- but I don't think anything is gonna change anytime soon, because I don't think our cultures and values and messages are gonna charge soon in different communities. Seems like it's only getting worse.

When a person attempts to murder someone, no matter what age they are, they need to be punished to the fullest extent of the law. Even if such punishment results in the death of the perpetrator. I’m sick of criminals getting slapped on the wrist because “well, they’re young”. Whatever. Parents, guardians…if you want your youngsters to live to grow older, raise them right. The second he was hit, the officer was effectively out of the fight. And not being in the condition to respond with an accurate exchange, I'm surprised that the officer emptied his weapon towards a residence without giving it a second thought...

He didnt aim at a residence....are you blind? Kid shot at a cop you think hes not a danger to everyone in the area? If you think you can do better join up...but we know you have no desire to help anyone but yourself....

It doesn't make any difference if he wasn't aiming at the residence, if one of those stray bullets goes thru a wall and kills someone's mom. The officer was shot, fully compromised and completely unaware what was beyond the Perp. He lacked discipline, in fact, there was a greater probability of his actions exacerbating the entire situation, than helping. And there were other units in the vicinity, he didn't need to spray the entire area with more gunfire to save the village!

@@mastercraftsman4213 There is NO justification for shooting innocent bystanders. I am sorry he got shot, dangers of the job, but shooting wildly is unacceptable. AND I was a police officer who carried a revolver with ONLY six rounds. We trained to hit the threat, not shoot wildly because having a high capacity semi auto.

I wonder if the 14 yo knew it was against the law to own a firearm. Criminals always obey the law. Glad the LEO is ok.
