WLTP is not a highway consumption test. It's an average of different speeds - consumption test. Why is it so hard for reviewers to understand. For a city car 50 km/h would be a more realistic average speed. With the given results 220 km then should be attainable.

The Dacia Spring is based on a Chinese car. It's cheap but that's the only selling point it has.

Motor is NOT efficient at lower speeds. Its best at middle third of both speed and torque.
But i think you dont know what "efficient" means.
