Finally a Dkayed version of how to play this deck. Excited to try this in Ranked duels now. Your gameplay videos have always been my best resource since I started playing Duel Links because of your explanations and helpful insights about the deck.
This is exactly what I need, I’ve been playing this deck since the new support. Seeing how you play against certain decks and cards helped like how to wait for nibiru, and that perfect use of the vailor. If you would do more vids or a different series, one cool idea that ive searched for but haven’t found is you beating every kind of “meta” deck or how to play against most popular meta decks, with the play by play i would def watch an 1 hr of that. Thank you for the vids.
Is this deck super expensive to make for a new player or recommended? Is it hard to build I haven’t played yugioh in forever I watched a bit of five deez some of elemental hero series and played season 1 yugioh
@@beasthaven1571 nah it isn't I built this whole deck when I just started playing grinded for 1 day in solo mode and some ranked and got the whole deck with staples
@@beasthaven1571 I'm a bit late to this but tbh if you're starting out on MD you should easily be able to build at least one or two of the new meta decks quite easily with the amount of events they do, solo mode and by playing in ranked every month. I've been playing MD on and off for a year and a half now fully f2p and whenever I come back I'm usually able to catch up on what new cards to craft and can usually make one of the new meta decks fully which usually require the most UR cards. Like when I came back last month I saw everyone running S:P little knight so I added it to my decks and I've started building a tenpai deck now too.... Hope this helps!! :)

@@alinraymondgherghel9478Gazelle is still the best Card in the Deck and in the tcg at least it was at 1 for quit some time even before the new Support Now its at 3 for such a Long Time even with the new Support for multiple banlists The worst Thing that could Happen ist princess at 1 but you only Need 1 anyways Princess might get banned If there will be another crazy fire Deck after snake eyes But i doubt that they will ban such an ungeneric Card Yes its generic for fire Decks but it locks you into fire which is a balanced downside and Not too broken in itself

Just started playing good ol salad, im in love I'm returning player since OG days, excited to start playing FK snake eye soon as I get my UR CP up lol been grinding with the salad structure and a few add ons, howd you do at WCS event
I'm no master rank but I do compete in diamond and from my experience this version of salamangreat works flawlessly with just fire attributes. So instead of lady debug you'd have flame bufferlo. (Which can also help summon the synchro and xyz monsters (because they're fire). I run all self summoning monsters which is basically the new support monsters with spinny gazelle and a fowl or mole. With the ideal opening hand. Let's say imperm, roar trap, circle, gazelle, and salad of fire. You'd wanna search for spinny with circle. (It's ok if it gets ashed as long as salad of fire or gazelle can resolve.) then normal salad of fire and search for weasel (or spinny if circle got ashed). Next link summon baylynx and get the field spell then you should be prompted to special summon gazelle. you're gonna do that and send whatever you need to the gy. (Spinny if you don't have it or the rage trap or will of salad spell). From there you should be able to go into the xyz monster to extend or you can summon the synchro monster which will search ash blo if you don't have it as well as code of soul. You'll have to use sunlight wolf or miragestallio to get into your hand. Another benefit of having only fire attributes is that they can't be targeted by bystials. And most cards can be recycled through gy and banish pile easily. Builds with snake eyes splashed aren't worth it imo. Just seems like extra steps when those card slots can be used for consistency. I've been playing salads since the structure released on MD and mained it all the way up til the runic/branded era making as high as diamond 3 before retiring it. (This was also before master ranks) I've always liked the versatility of the deck performing as a combo/stun hybrid. This fire themes support is more than I could've asked for and changed the way the deck plays almost completely. 1 last thing. Once you got weasel in the gy and special a salad monster from the extra deck you're gonna be prompted to summon a monster to your opponents field and draw a card. DO IT. Not only do you get an extra card and can trigger Promethean princess in the gy but it also dodge cards like imperm and evenly. Once gazelle is triggered in your hand on your opps turn you can send weasel back to the gy if you still need to trigger Promethean princess. I'm Black Kaiba on MD. Follow me: 072 372 301
This was a great video and it inspired me to try out Zealantis. First duel, I brick with all hand trap against Purrely. They Ash my Maxx C, but I stop them with my other cards. I have to top deck something, and it's a Spinny, not even one of the main starters. Regardless, Balelynx and the revived Spinny make Hiita, steal Ash to make Promethean, revive and make Raging Phoenix, relink to get to Weasel, Weasel into second Balelynx and give them my Raging Phoenix, then ZEALANTIS takes back the monster I gave them and triggers Promethean and co-links, pops 2 more in the battle phase, and that's 5600+2700+2500+500 = 11300 damage (they were at 9000 because it's Purrrely). Not a bad OTK with an unoptimal 1 card starter so long as you can use Hiita

Very nice replays, would love to see some live duels with this too. For those who don't know, there's also a very nice little combat trick you can do for otk with a raging phoenix and salad of fire in the gy. SoF in the grave can pop a salad when it battles, which will trigger the raging phoenix to reborn with a fat 4000+ attack in the battle phase. Another good trick is sending weasel to the gy off of a gazelle follow up from the wolf recycle, letting you get back into your princess as well as reborning a massive raging phoenix on your turn. Very cool deck. I've been running foxy for the discard utility, it's great at one in a lot of situations.
Honestly, feared that your deck had too much non engine cards but saw you had enough to be playable unlike other salamangreat players I've seen on ranked. Will craft the fire fist thing though, never used it and consistently been able to do my board most games (Pyro Phoenix and Raging Phoenix). Okay, I just hit a snag and I'm wondering if someone here knows what went side ways. I faced a toon deck with this same basic Salamangreat build. I emptied their graveyard with call from the grave. They had a Toon Red Eyes, a Toon Dark Magician and a Toon Black Luster Soldier and they had Toon Kingdom acting as Toon World in their field spell slot. I landed a double linked Pyro Phoenix and activated the board wipe. My opponent banished cards to save his toon monsters... That I get... There is NO TEXT ANYWHERE explaining why Toon Kingdom survived the board wipe. It has no way to protect itself in it's text, only the Toon monsters, none of the toon monsters had text stating they could protect spells and traps, there was nothing affecting anything from their graveyard and I didn't get hit by a hand trap. Toon Kingdom was my primary target and my board wipe did NOTHING and I can't find a reason why that is. Is there a ruling I don't know about?
The 1hr series so far been the most fun even more than tournaments and i enjoy watching it so much hoping for a water deck next a little bored of fire decks because of the meta or actually pure fire king

The highlights where you do well are fun, but for learning the lines and the deck it is more informative to show the clips where you made bad choices, started with a brick hand, or lost and figure out what could have done differently
Great Video! I joined a few days ago and wanted to learn Salamangreat. This video did a good job explaining how to play it. Since I just joined, I am missing most of the cards. I was curious about what beat Salamangreat? Do you have replays where you lose? Also, is moving 1st the best for this deck?
I'm playing a similar list 2 spinny and 2 lynx are fine there are lines where you run 3 but if you manage your resources you're fine especially with charge and using sunlight to get will and a salad monster back to hand.

I know that this is not a new deck but a Galaxy Photon deck showcase would be nice to have especially now that they added the stracture deck and is more accessible.

Try Runic Horus, those cards can have insane draw power and if people little knight the field spell, your green Horus can add it back to your hand, they are also great bodies and can be very powerful on the field

Cuz if they make the somber 8 or 9 rare you would have rank 7 weapon in the beginning of the game which is very op but somber 6 and 5 is also hard to get but still weapon+6 is weaker than +7or+8,9 BTW:there is glitch let you enter the capital with in 10 minutes and there you go you have max weapon cuz somber dragon you just need to beat godrick with your +9 weapon and do the white mask questline and thats it P.s:you can do the white mask quest offline and yes there is a way to invade offline in sony,xbox,pc whatever platform you are playing just to be clear
Please upload a one hour live play as well! (Use sprind instead of zealantis. Zealantis sounds good on paper, but as you've seen, it just doesn't come up very much.) Sprind comes up far more often. It's good for consolidation if you get disrupted too much or to just add even more gas into the tank.

Huge fan of salad, personally i prefer the speedroid package then debug, i don't like having too many normal summons, and debug has to be ns in this list.

What are your thoughts on the card either 1 or even two fire recovery spell for the grind I’m noob and ur video has made my first deck of be salaman great I am still missing …. Half of the staples but I’m getting there slowly 🎉
Cuz if they make the somber 8 or 9 rare you would have rank 7 weapon in the beginning of the game which is very op but somber 6 and 5 is also hard to get but still weapon+6 is weaker than +7or+8,9
BTW:there is glitch let you enter the capital with in 10 minutes and there you go you have max weapon cuz somber dragon you just need to beat godrick with your +9 weapon and do the white mask questline and thats it
P.s:you can do the white mask quest offline and yes there is a way to invade offline in sony,xbox,pc whatever platform you are playing just to be clear

Please upload a one hour live play as well! (Use sprind instead of zealantis. Zealantis sounds good on paper, but as you've seen, it just doesn't come up very much.) Sprind comes up far more often. It's good for consolidation if you get disrupted too much or to just add even more gas into the tank.
Does anyone know why I couldn't use hitta's effect to grab a fire monster from my opponent's graveyard? I was playing against S/E F/K

Salad is the ultimate format flex deck.
Huge fan of salad, personally i prefer the speedroid package then debug, i don't like having too many normal summons, and debug has to be ns in this list.
