Guys, I’m saying this for myself, and you as the viewer, do not let this video turn into another epiphany high. This guy is giving advice that most people would pay thousands of dollars for through therapy and personal trainers. Act like you spent $1000 to watch this video, pay attention to it. Stop watching self improvement that you won’t improve you, watch a video and then apply it immediately. Good luck.
Going back to instagram and 20 seconds later you'll forget that you've watched this video, neither the advice given in it. Please take this persons comment seriously because you exactly know what they're about. Insanity is to hope for change by doing something over and over again without changing something. Wrote this for myself, sharing here as cheat sheet to take action. How to identify what's running you 1. Ask questions like: “What is success to you”? for core beliefs 2. Ask shadow questions: 1. Why am I not good enough? 2. Why am I unlovable? 3. Why will I always be alone? 4. What am I hiding? 5. Why is success scary? 6. Why is life so hard? 3. Keep asking “why” on every answer and going deeper 4. Ask yourself what character of a movie are you - what are the pros and cons of that character? 5. Look at recurring patterns. What core beliefs could be behind these? 6. Catch it when you are triggered - what caused the triggering - feel it 7. Action - Trigger - Release - Repeat | Do stuff that triggers you. Be with the feeling and sensation and surrender to it. Accept if fully and surrender, let go 8. Guided meditations 9. Family - being with family will trigger you, use it and let go Thanks for the amazing content :)
To everyone watching - this is basically his paid social skills course boiled down into an hour and a half. Crazy value for a free video on UA-cam. Watch and learn!! Something they tell you on these free tour events is - imagine you paid $10,000 for this information, how would you treat it then?
Literally, this comment is true. I spent $4,000-$6,000 on three separate coaches alone and did work for a long time… I testify that this information his is providing is gold. ❤
I watched this video a couple months ago and applied only 1-2 things in my life and it changed everything for me. I'm eternally grateful. Ima come back to this every year
The more I study trauma, the more I discover it creates our entire being, albeit on a completely subconscious level. Recognizing what parts of you, you do authentically or on auto pilot is key to starting your journey to self healing. Your ego is not your authentic self, your ego is a trauma response.
Not everyone is willing to talk about their past scandal yet Julien is here talking about it, sharing what he learned from it and dissecting it into a lesson that everyone can learn from. God bless you Julien.
I got the best example; imagine your toilet is clogged (with traumas, core beliefs, and self sabotage), then life flushes with a sensation, and the toilet starts to fill up, to the point it start going all out on the floor, you start slipping, making you fall, hitting stuff, hurting yourself, doing deep breaths won't fix things, everything is still going out. What do you need to do to fix it? Get ready and unclog it, it's not easy, it's going to be unpleasent you are going to hate it, but once it finally gets unclog, once you let go, and the sensations starts to flow, everything feels better, of course you still need to clean the floor, but now there're no more sensations going out
feeling sucks.. but its alright too. i notice that when i run away from feeling bad, i became a jaded person, angry, bitter, and ungrateful. by opening up, and putting my heart up front, i became more peaceful, sometimes hurt, but blessed. I once heard someone said if there is one part of a human that if it is good, everything else becomes good, and that is heart.
This is absolute gold!! I went through a breakup a month ago and through the relationship my whole self esteem that I worked so hard for vanished. And I asked myself why, but now I see I've always approached the situation wrong. I still based my self worth on other people's opinions, I just got better at fitting in and gaslighting myself into thinking people like me even when they don't. Maybe now I can finally heal :) Thank you so much❤
I showed up to school one day and a teacher told me I shouldn't be there, I was confused and decided to leave and get a friend to pick me up, a few moments later I received several threatening texts, turns out someone had made up a rumour that I sexual assaulted them, so I went into hiding for several years, your videos are helping me let go of my past, thank you.
If these things are happening to you, and you haven't done anything wrong, I am very sorry but you shouldn't just sit with your hands still. You should sue their asses for defamation or slander. Get some money, hire a lawyer, find the name of that person and don't contact them again. Just let the lawyer do the work. Defend yourself and don't allow anybody to walk all over you like that. If some bitch out there is making wild claims against your name, they should pay for it. I hear stories like that all the time, some people even went to prison with just false claims. I would assume you live in the West. Civilization has completely fallen over there. This is completely unacceptable and the worst thing is that people do nothing about it. What kind of message does this give? If all these wrong doings are happening and people just remain apathetic and do nothing then they will keep happening to the point of collapse... That's why society is going backwards, because bullies are not being dealt with. Bullies just belittle people because they are weak themselves. The only way for the bad guys to win in this world is when the good guys do nothing. That bitch is now going to do that again to some other guy and it may get serious... If you haven't done anything wrong then you should defend yourself. She must back herself up with evidence(footage, witnesses). You can't just walk around disrespecting people like that, making false claims without justifying anything. Defend yourself. If this is the society you live in where nobody listens to your side of the story and they just rush to label you as predator without any proof, then I truly pity you. You should get out, yesterday... If this was happening to a loved one, would you do nothing? Imagine that you become a father, would you allow that to happen to your son? Doing nothing has consequences as well.
@dragongrenade false sa claims are not all that common at all. You just have been listening to manosphere garbage for too long and it's skewed your perspective with a false narrative. You are not immune to propaganda.
I went to prison for 4 months for something that never happened, soon as i got out, back on the street highly visible and busking, keep your head high fella.
Go to court. Sue for defamation and seek damages for mental anguish. If you are truly innocent, then you have the right to destroy them for attempting to destroy you. ALL allegations should be brought to court. If they are simply thrown and never see court then they are little more than an attempted assassination and should be treated as an attempt on your life. People self-end from allegations. It ABSOLUTELY is an attempt on your life and you have the right and the DUTY to defend yourself. Find out who it is, and sue their entire genetic line back to the stone age. Today its you. Tomorrow it's someone who has a lot more to lose and will end things a lot messier than they went into it. Not fighting back is simply not an option. You only make yourself an easy target. And they're demonic with it too... If this doesn't get you, they'll wait until you have something actually worth taking and then "allege" again.
Thanks brother. One of the most value packed self help two hours I've consumed. And I've consumed years of content. Biggest takeaway for me, go towards it inside rather than this relentless pursuit to escape from it via self help. We end up like junkies looking for a the next fix. Sobering to realise I've still got a lot of work to do, thanks for all you share and the reframe. Respect 🙏
The part with the self help videos reminds me of 'tutorial hell' in something like programming, where you just keep watching tutorial videos instead of getting out there and try to code and build projects; where you do the REAL learning.
Start feeling again and wanting to feel again. Start connecting with your heart again, feeling it again. You will get everything to let go of what you need to let go of automatically. No need for introspection and shadow question’s. You will feel the feeling staying in it and completely letting it be. And in the process you will get the info. You will understand deeply what is going on without even thinking consciously about it. It will come as a strange thought like: „i hate myself“ or „im so scared of that or this“. And you focus entirely on feelings and feel them all out. Be completely with them. This is the hardest thing I’ve ever done. But its starting a new life for you. I dont think it is bad to do introspection and shadow questions. I just don’t think it is absolutely necessary. Big thank you Julien for bringing this long video up. Much love from Germany
Julien, thank you, you led me the Letting Go technique and it has absolutely transformed my life. I do it all the time and I am so happy. My social anxiety has gone and my confidence is soaring. It has genuinely solved all my problems. Thank you. I am eternally grateful
What's really interesting is not too long ago I heard something similar, and the solution given was to create an alter ego, completely separate from your current identity. I did this sort of meditation on my own where I disconnected from me and everything I perceived as my identity, and things have just started to happen around me. I've made decisions that benefit me but I would have otherwise not made. I am actually succeeding and not holding myself back what so ever, it has honestly saved me. Think Tyler Durden from fight club. Without killing my identity I just put it to the side and created another me that has no context and no past or previous preconceptions of how the world works and what I should and shouldn't do I just let him do his thing. Kinda wild how well it's worked for me actually.
Hey man, never heard of you before a couple of videos ago, but damn your content seems to be what other coaches hide in premium gold programs. As a matter of fact this is the case. Now with all of this information the other coaches seem like plastic content against this just because of your commitment to helping people. I would like more videos on chronic problems with disciplin. I have felt my whole life like I walked against a force and now and then I can cope, but I get back to almost no routine with the things I really want to achieve and I am in dire need to move forward now. If you hear me on that Id appreciate content on this a ton. Keep on going man. You seem to have survived a living hell (you caused yourself) and turned all around. That is mad inspiration.
i love you man, the "asking why" question technique is so useful too, i catch myself many times just sliding over onto saying "i don't know" instead of like really analyzing it, my brain is basically on autopilot to ignore all my problems or to shut them down, thanks to this i've been more aware of it, thanks for putting this out
After watching this, I have felt so many things inside of me unlock. The stubbornness and refusing to change side of me. Thank you Julien for designing and sticking to these improvements. It’s magical.
Notes to self 16:20 “the quality of your life has much less to do with what you add to it and more to do with what you remove from it” … it's the foundation 57:43 … you could write down: health, wealth, relationships.
As a binger of self-help material for 20 years (brief moments of coping) I only just now stumbled upon Julien the other day at my weakest hour. Thank you Julien for saving my life.
I love you man, it is incredible that you have the honesty and courage to highlight the “tutorial hell” of the self-help genre. I have listened to soooo many people from different areas of self help genre but your content is probably the only one I find includes critical thinking. And also, I kinda feel like you probably have a laugh or two watching David Goggins videos when he is saying that he is not affected by people but does stuff all the time to record and get external validation.
That's some weird projection? I don't think David Goggins is necessarily just trying to get exterbal validation, nor do I think he is trying to get it from social media 😂
Julien @ 1:30 minutes you talked about feeling it and facing it. In my earlier comment . You find the root cause of it. You go into it and face it you delete the folder . I have had this experience which is the unknown 🤔 For some the emotions is like to the breaking a dam 💔 😪 thee emotions are exploding bring in your consciousness awareness and riding it out! Deletes it from your mind no longer has anymore energy or baggage or chains to lock you up. It is empty. Be Happy Julien is also pointing out even though it's empty. You can fill it with new stuff ! This is why you keep being aware and asking those questions. Doing the work within yourself. I guess I'm commenting to help myself as well ! Thx
You just keep hitting me in the forehead with sledgehammer after sledgehammer of realization. Truly grateful for turning me in the right direction. One of my favorite sayings- "You cannot reach your destination if you begin your journey facing the wrong direction". I feel like you just turned me, finally, after so long in the right direction. Thank you.
This one was one of your best videos i have ever watched. No psychologist nor book guy that doesn't love it the way you do can give such insights into these concepts, not from the "Theoretical" perspective but from the POV of someone that has lived, experienced, and eventually transcended all those shortcomings. This should be taught at schools to say the least.
Thank you Julien❤I really appreciate your good intentions. I have no wise words or promises that I am now moving my ass. I hope that I can get back to you one day as a product of your work and help.

I watched the full video, my top takeaway from it is that now time has come to pleasure myself. No seriously, I just found your channel recently and I am so 100% sure that listening to you and applying the techniques is going to change my life for the better, thank you. Greetings from a cow village in Switzerland.
The term "Epiphany High" has given me an epiphany high. I might be able to use that to give someone else an epiphany high, aka Dopamine Rush. But yeah, it's a good one, because i'm often guilty of consuming self improvement content instead of of going to sleep to be the best at work the next day. It's midnight and I'm on vacation in Miami, guess i should go to sleep to have a more pleasant day tomorrow, peace.
Depression is your best friend!....🤔 Depression is banging on your door, throwing rocks threw your windows, cutting off the water and electricity. It gets worse and worse until you fling open the door and screem WHAT!!!!??? Its you. Trying your best to tell you your house is on fire and you have to get out now before its too late. You will be homeless but you have you now. Now its walking down the street, the immediate danger is gone but the world is now open. The house is gone and you still cry because of relief not of grief.
After watching this video carefully and studying it, and resolving many of my psychological knots over a few days, I suddenly felt physical exhaustion at the same time I felt an inner liberation. It was a strange feeling, as if I had the flu, and today is my first day. Also, the tension I used to feel in my head has completely disappeared. Today is my first day after this. My body is very tired, but I am happy and joyful about life, and there’s nothing internally bothering me."
I feel like this is one of your best Videos. I think it really gets to the point of how to let go. And it's not really letting go. It's going through... I took many notes! Well done, thank you! 😢
The thing that I resonated with the most, or liked it the most was how you drew that split between good and bad. And that we all try to make the good part bigger, but we actually need to accept the bad stuff and become whole again. For me, the "bad stuff" is actually laughter, my sense of humour, my creativity... I thought I "didn't have a soul" or personality. But I always had, I just ignore that part of me. It's the best thing I've seen on this channel.
I prayed for this. His videos started appearing after a night of desperate prayer. My new meditation mantra is “I let go and live in the now believing I am good enough and choose positive to create the reality I desire.” Julian is a gift from the universe. God Bless Him.
For anyone watching this one way to make this stick is to pause when you have those moments of realization. Pause take a period of reflection on each epiphany. Search for the reasons that relates to you and then understand why that keeps you where you are at.
Oh man!! Really love how you've released this in one single video. It helped a lot in connecting the dots and understanding the concept with depth. Love your presenting skills and the person you've become. Much love and gratitude to you 🌼
Wow, i was always wondering why you never mention what happened in 2014! Thanks for bringing that up, being so honest and describing your journey! Extremely inspiring!
I love Julien's videos usually and even take notes but am I the only one that felt like the beginning is just a therapy session with an audience for Julien? I love you my man. I'm glad you're recovering from the traumatic events in your life just like the rest of us! ❤
Few things I hear here are I learnt by myself the hard way, it helped a lot. There are many things he gave a lot of thought and experience too. Genuine stuff. Keep it up, the interviews are eye opening.
Thank you for decoding a lot of the language that we hear constantly but whose meaning change or get a bit lost. This really bridges a lot of the gaps.
excellent and honest advice Julien. i’ve been actively working on myself the past decade +. daily strength/cardio workouts, hydration, clean diet, regular sleep, gratitude, and God. plus, everything you stated re core identity, core beliefs, and past trauma. ❤
What free time man…I get what he is saying. Honestly when I watch self help I feel like shit after and try it for a a couple weeks in real life. Honestly, my mental and relationships have improved. Self confidence through the roof thanks to not just Julien but a few individuals on here. The conditioning virus took 6 months to get out and I still do work on others that I have found.
Julien. I have watched you progress rapidly over the past year in your ability to teach. Absolutely incredible video here. I cannot believe you are putting this out for free. I'm half way through and this is one of the best self help videos I've ever seen. Incredible work my friend. I hope one day to meet you (even though I feel like I already have) For anyone who needs help watch this and take all of this to heart.
Incredible courage Julien - really the work you’ve done on yourself to turn things around nothing short of incredible! TY again for all your teachings and yes I’ve begun applying all your techniques which for me, have been life changing. At the age of 50 nobody ever told me to question if I might be living a complete lie about myself - really you’ve helped me turn my perspective into a new paradigm… 🎉.
Thank you for this video that ties many of your teachings together. I have been diligently taking notes from each of your videos, and taking consistent action. This video helped me fill up the gaps in what I didn't understand about letting go and breaking of the invisible prison. After you discussed 'Files versus Folders', I realised that I wouldn't need to keep letting go of every single fear that triggers me, but instead aim to let go of the underlying fear/s that encompasses other fears beneath it. Looking forward to more! 🙏God bless.
I have this feeling of leaving my comfort zone when i perform a song that i dont know by heart on a big karaoke stage in front of 300-500 people. i just go on stage and i dont know the lyrics , i read and go with the flow of the song, but then there is no connection with the crowd, no eye contact. When i perform a song that makes me emotional i feel like im going back to my most beautiful moments in life
By watching your videos, I not only learned a lot of things but also by seeing that you have put such a long video with so much important learning of yours for FREE, I learned how much helping people is important, cause I feel that you are helping me, and this makes me want to pay back and help you in the future if we have encountered each other. Thanks for your kindness. I wish you the best.
Thank you Julien. I cried some and “dared” to meet an old friend and felt a lot more relaxed. Thank you so much for the wonderful work! You look really whole 🎉
You are amazing, Julien. This is the answer I’ve been looking for all of my life. I couldn’t even find this answer in religion to be honest with you. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, for simply and courageously being authentically you.
I'm currently on 35 minutes of the video. I knew the story of the "most hated man" and it felt so wrong. I could imagine this was a terrible misunderstanding and how painful must have been for you. Similar story happened to the great film director Lars von Trier when he said one word too much (being overhonest and sort of innocent person inside, surprisingly) and he got banned from Cannes and simply couldn't understand how he managed to upset people so much. I felt for him and for you too but I must say I admire your teachings twice as much since I heard that. Tony de Mello, zen masters, Tyler Durden (outfits! :) ) somehow mixed in one person - and when I watch yoir videos and try to implement your healing ways to my life I always feel heard and understood and yes, called out but you make a whole process so safe. Marvellous work, keep going, we need you. 🎉 thanks.
Core belief: doing things just for money is pointless and soulless Core identity:hard worker, intelligent, moral Trauma: victim, do-nothing, dark empathy live through others
Wow, the "core identity" point really clicked here. Looking at superpower movies like spiderman I use to always identify as the hero character. But given reality I am usually the version of the hero that is found in school without any fancy superpowers, and that leads to some social problems. These heros suck at social life and are bullied, but they have this secret power about them. For me that secret power was like working hard, but that also leads to a lot of stress. Now to figure out how to let go of this core identity
You're a brilliant man Julien. Helped me screw a few relationships up many moons ago, then recently i came across the new you, I didn't have any faith at first just watched out of curiosity but this is the best self help content I've come across and your transformation has gave me refreshed hope for mine.
I am so grateful for this content which had been put up here for free. I mean this was such an eye opener u pointed out exactly wht im going thru and the anxiety i get from trying to make life perfect at every step. You're a real one man thank you so much julien . Huge respect❤
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” - Carl Jung Become a trigger chaser and thank the messengers. Focus on the message. Thinking FUELS the trigger, feeling HEALS the trigger. Action- Trigger- Release- Repeat. Allow yourself to truly feel it. To release it, you have to feel it. Remove the numbness and let it back up. Let it take over and let go. Re-sensitization over De-sensitization. 1. Become aware of what you want to let go of. Become aware of what's out of your awareness. 2. Allow yourself to experience it fully. 3. Let it come up and let it out. Mindfulness is focusng on all the negative and letting go of it. Realize presence rather than chasing presence. Ego= effort. You must become aware of what you want to let go of. Sensations (located in body) come before emotion/ labels. Feel = letting go. You're not getting rid of anything. You're letting go of attachment to this version of you and resistance to being what is unacceptable. No attachment, no aversion. Feel. Be. Letting go- stop doing. stop stuffing down. Not analyzing or judging. Being with it. Feeling it. Openness and feeling. Keep bringing it back to the sensations. You are free 🌟
Three things that keep it all alive You and people live in invisible prison You can never fight the self sabotage gaurd with direct approaching. Shifting away from what now to why? Three generators that keep it alive 1) core believes 2)core identify (who you consider yourself to be) 3) past traumas (alot of self sabotage aligns with that) These 3 generators are off you're free. The quality of your life has much less to do what you add to it and more to do with what you remove from it.
I have this problem with waking up in the morning and i realized it's because when i was young i used to skip school a lot and i would just oversleep and then have an excuse to not go because it was "too late". I never realized the feeling i still get today is the exact same when i turn off my alarm and go back to sleep; it's an immense feeling of safety and calm and relief. Im so used to that feeling that it doesn't seem strange at all and ive not really noticed it before, and i guess also it's hrd to be mindful when just waking up. Im not sure what to do about it but at least im aware of it now.
Yeah school eventually became just plain torture for me too, and by 8th grade I figured out that a truancy officer isn't going to come beat your door down if you aren't in school so I just started skipping the first two periods every day and sleeping in. Dropped out in 9th grade... is what it is... but that feeling of dread I used to get when the alarm went off just made me shut down every day absolutely in the first seconds of the day. And NOT doing that was such an incredible relief, it just didn't matter at the time how much I was honestly basically ruining my life. But school was only getting worse and with no help, no hope, no solutions what choice did I really have?
@@SpiderSmokingSam Do you also have that feeling in the morning still lingering from back then? I also eventually stopped caring because at a certain point i also realized that just leaning into it and self-sabotaging was much easier, and that feeling of being utterly defeated and hopeless something i've carried with me for a long time as well. I learned like 15 years later that most of this was because of ADHD and if i had gotten help with it back then my life would probably would have been very different.
Julian, for all the knowledge, guidance and advice. Although I align with a lot of things you discuss, along with helping others break through their obstacles. I have achieved great success with health, physique, finance, career and hobbies. Admittedly, as strong as I might appear, there are some deep rooted things of my past that no one else knows of that hinder me from specific things. The use of analogies and thorough discussion toward success is excellent. I still need to work on a lot myself and will continue to help others with such knowledge. Thank you sir!

So true. My trauma therapist says the same thing. She says it's like people who watch a an exercise video but never do the exercise.
This video is a spark. Go get some damn firewood (do work) before the spark goes out. Make your fire burn bright. You got this, brothers.

Wrote this for myself, sharing here as cheat sheet to take action.
How to identify what's running you
1. Ask questions like: “What is success to you”? for core beliefs
2. Ask shadow questions:
1. Why am I not good enough?
2. Why am I unlovable?
3. Why will I always be alone?
4. What am I hiding?
5. Why is success scary?
6. Why is life so hard?
3. Keep asking “why” on every answer and going deeper
4. Ask yourself what character of a movie are you - what are the pros and cons of that character?
5. Look at recurring patterns. What core beliefs could be behind these?
6. Catch it when you are triggered - what caused the triggering - feel it
7. Action - Trigger - Release - Repeat | Do stuff that triggers you. Be with the feeling and sensation and surrender to it. Accept if fully and surrender, let go
8. Guided meditations
9. Family - being with family will trigger you, use it and let go
Thanks for the amazing content :)

This video just snapped me out of a horrible depression. Clearly the voice of love.
@@JulienHimselfthank you Julian 🇳🇬❤❤
@@highdesertbikerits done the same to me its amazing
Maybe now I can finally heal :) Thank you so much❤
I showed up to school one day and a teacher told me I shouldn't be there, I was confused and decided to leave and get a friend to pick me up, a few moments later I received several threatening texts, turns out someone had made up a rumour that I sexual assaulted them, so I went into hiding for several years, your videos are helping me let go of my past, thank you.
stay strong champ
Yes! I like that saying "tutorial hell" - Very true!
I was thinking the same thing
Bro is indisputably, objectively special. He may say whatever he wants but I have no doubt he is a true beacon of mental guidance.
Ever since my therapist introduced me to your videos, my life has changed. This was a masterclass - THANK YOU!
May I know who and where you got your therapist??
Lmao you have a based therapist
Amazing to hear! Congrats on your progress!!
How did you create alter personality ?
Notes to self
16:20 “the quality of your life has much less to do with what you add to it and more to do with what you remove from it” … it's the foundation
57:43 … you could write down: health, wealth, relationships.
As a binger of self-help material for 20 years (brief moments of coping) I only just now stumbled upon Julien the other day at my weakest hour. Thank you Julien for saving my life.
This guy is phenomenal
I love you man, it is incredible that you have the honesty and courage to highlight the “tutorial hell” of the self-help genre. I have listened to soooo many people from different areas of self help genre but your content is probably the only one I find includes critical thinking. And also, I kinda feel like you probably have a laugh or two watching David Goggins videos when he is saying that he is not affected by people but does stuff all the time to record and get external validation.
That's some weird projection? I don't think David Goggins is necessarily just trying to get exterbal validation, nor do I think he is trying to get it from social media 😂
Julien
@ 1:30 minutes you talked about feeling it and facing it.
In my earlier comment . You find the root cause of it.
You go into it and face it you delete the folder .
I have had this experience which is the unknown 🤔
For some the emotions is like to the breaking a dam 💔 😪 thee emotions are exploding bring in your consciousness awareness and riding it out!
Deletes it from your mind no longer has anymore energy or baggage or chains to lock you up. It is empty.
Be Happy
Julien is also pointing out even though it's empty. You can fill it with new stuff !
This is why you keep being aware and asking those questions.
Doing the work within yourself.
I guess
I'm commenting to help myself as well !
Thx
I love how clearly you break it down and weave in relatable stories
You just keep hitting me in the forehead with sledgehammer after sledgehammer of realization. Truly grateful for turning me in the right direction. One of my favorite sayings- "You cannot reach your destination if you begin your journey facing the wrong direction". I feel like you just turned me, finally, after so long in the right direction. Thank you.
I cant believe how much value you share for free. Thank you, Julien!
Bro it's seriously one of the best video you have watched ? 80% of motivational video is shit.
i agree yes bro! u get the dewpth ehre and the art of letting go!

Depression is your best friend!....🤔
Depression is banging on your door, throwing rocks threw your windows, cutting off the water and electricity.
Thanks for this ❤
After watching this video carefully and studying it, and resolving many of my psychological knots over a few days, I suddenly felt physical exhaustion at the same time I felt an inner liberation.
This would definitely be the most valuable video I 've ever watched. Thank u so so much.
Im going thru the hell right now, you who know you know, stay strong💫💪
The thing that I resonated with the most, or liked it the most was how you drew that split between good and bad. And that we all try to make the good part bigger, but we actually need to accept the bad stuff and become whole again. For me, the "bad stuff" is actually laughter, my sense of humour, my creativity... I thought I "didn't have a soul" or personality. But I always had, I just ignore that part of me. It's the best thing I've seen on this channel.
I prayed for this.
His videos started appearing after a night of desperate prayer.
My new meditation mantra is “I let go and live in the now believing I am good enough and choose positive to create the reality I desire.”
Julian is a gift from the universe.
Much love and gratitude to you 🌼
The amount of value in this video is out of proportion 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Wow, i was always wondering why you never mention what happened in 2014! Thanks for bringing that up, being so honest and describing your journey! Extremely inspiring!
What happens in 2014 stays in 2014 😄
I am kinda surprised how he summarized my last 2-3 years in just a couple of sentences. Wish I learned these things before w
When im ready to teach other people how to let go this is the first video im showing them🙌🏾🔥
This is one epiphany moment too many for me, Julien. Absolute gold! If I don't work on myself after watching this, I will never pardon myself.
I love Julien's videos usually and even take notes but am I the only one that felt like the beginning is just a therapy session with an audience for Julien? I love you my man. I'm glad you're recovering from the traumatic events in your life just like the rest of us! ❤
Protect this man at all costs, real light worker! ❤️
You might just be the help and guidance I need to recover. Thank you for giving this video for free, I appreciate every second of it.
excellent and honest advice Julien. i’ve been actively working on myself the past decade +. daily strength/cardio workouts, hydration, clean diet, regular sleep, gratitude, and God. plus, everything you stated re core identity, core beliefs, and past trauma.
When a person is generous like he is, it’s the Divine working.
This is the best summary of all your teachings and the letting go technique yet!
Thank you! Been working on this "manifesto" for quite some time... 🙏
🙏God bless.
Thank you Julien. I think this information and content is worth thousands of dollars.
This is the last self help video I'll ever watch. I watch so many but this one had me question everything. This software is it.
I love when Julian breaks into that narrative wizard style voice. We all can relate to it
Mindblowing when we are ready to accept this wisdom 😳
"Thinking feeds it, feeling heals it"
Thank you Julien.
Julien reminds me of an Earnest Hemingway. One of those get out and brave it, face it, -be honest, wrestle it down, conquer it types of people. Badass
Brilliant and so well explained, grounded fresh perspective to put into action, thank you
I'm in the group #2, it's been decades since I realized that
Sadly that's a lot of people... Keep watching to find the way out!
Me: I’m hungry
New thinking: why
Me: I feel like I’m not good enough
Me: I’m doing my best ( avoids eating )
Thanks Julien
Oh man, everything you say is so on point! I recognized my crazy patterns clearly through your words! Thank you so much for sharing! ❤
🎉 thanks.
Thinking fuels it.
Feeling heals it.
Action trigger release repeat.
Core belief: doing things just for money is pointless and soulless
Core identity:hard worker, intelligent, moral
Trauma: victim, do-nothing, dark empathy live through others
I feel so called out, haha.. I binge watch all those self-improvement videos and I wondered why.. This video is truly gold
Fuck ya...Great stuff. "quality of life has more to do with what you remove from it rather than add" simple brilliance. Damn.
Hey! Just wanted to say thank you, I feel like this is what I've been searching for my entire life. This is the work that needs to be done.
Now to figure out how to let go of this core identity
youve jsust won half the battle brother..awarness yeah! second half tune into your feelings and triggers and practice not resisting , letting go
I really wish i found tou when i self sabotaged my great relationship, but like my trauma and triggers i need to let go ❤ you are amazing
You're a brilliant man Julien. Helped me screw a few relationships up many moons ago, then recently i came across the new you, I didn't have any faith at first just watched out of curiosity but this is the best self help content I've come across and your transformation has gave me refreshed hope for mine.
I'm guilty af of the epiphany high. I threw out all my weed stuff today. Taking the next step forward in my evolution. Going for a jog now.
I am so grateful for this content which had been put up here for free. I mean this was such an eye opener u pointed out exactly wht im going thru and the anxiety i get from trying to make life perfect at every step. You're a real one man thank you so much julien . Huge respect❤
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” - Carl Jung
Become a trigger chaser and thank the messengers.
Three things that keep it all alive
You and people live in invisible prison
You can never fight the self sabotage gaurd with direct approaching.
Shifting away from what now to why?
Three generators that keep it alive
1) core believes
2)core identify (who you consider yourself to be)
3) past traumas (alot of self sabotage aligns with that)
These 3 generators are off you're free.
The quality of your life has much less to do what you add to it and more to do with what you remove from it.
This explanation makes 100% sense.....very well articulated. 👌🏻 🎯
Ok those first minutes where he describes what people do ok their free time... ON POINT
This is pure Gold🙏🏻I took some notes to implement this work. Thank you!🙏🏻❤️
Julien, thank you❤ words can't describe how you change our lives
Thanks Julien, biggest takeaway, thinking fuels it, feeling heals it! great content
Wow thats a great take
Absolutely Dr. David Hawkins left a great legacy! The map of consciousness!
Not sure if this applies to me specifically. I have a feeling my failures are down to lack of ability rather than self-sabotage.
This is an auspicious time for people who impart knowledge to those who are uneducated.
Your obviously dealing with seeing the negative in life
This whole speech / keynote was incredible. So much valuable information. Amazing!
Please put more of these 1hr plus videos out, they're a great watch!
video struck a chord in the first 20minutes and i zoned out and talked some stuff over with myself. Thank you! Imma watch the rest fs
