In another room, which I should mention is absolutely massive, you would not BELIEVE how many Wario Apparitions there are. Probably in the high thousands to low ten thousands. In total, I’ve found 3,071 rooms with at least one Wario Apparition. Yes, I counted, and checked for every repeat. From the countable ones alone (of which there are 2,857) there are 20,979 Wario Apparitions. This means that the situation is much worse than it initially seemed. If one Wario Apparition figures out how to escape the game, all others will quickly find out. The ensuing event will be unimaginable. Possibly BILLIONS of Wario Apparitions, all unleashed upon the world at once. And we thought one was bad.
the B&W pictures at the end were wario's kill-list and plans, when you go back into your save-file the castle will have been bombed down and all the toads and peach will be dead in the boo-infested rubble... certain paintings had been spared by bowser, who joins forces with you and mario to stop wario's plans before it's too late (koopa the quick and the penguin are also dead) you think you'd make mario jump into one of the recovered paintings, but instead bowser and mario would gain sentience and drag you inside the game to solve it yourself, if you die in the game you will respawn out of the game but your N64 will light on fire and the wario apparition will haunt you in your dreams forever *i know all of this* *because i was the 05.11.96 kid*
What’s good about this whole Wario apparition thing is how believable it is, up to a certain point. Even the crazier stuff, like him “becoming real” or whatever, could be passed off as some sort of exaggerated version of subliminal messaging or something like that. The whole passing into reality thing makes a lot of game creepypastas look stupid and poorly written, which seems to have spawned some meme about “realistic blood” that I don’t understand the full context of. But this Wario thing, as stupid as it may sound, has taken what is usually bad writing and made it into something convincing and genuinely unsettling, despite its apparent nature as a meme.

Honestly though this is really well made barring the TV Screen curvature making no sense with the static going through it. Wario himself here doesn't even get more than 5 seconds of screen time and it looks like his eyes have been gaged out. THIS is how you make your monster scary, make them show up just enough to not give the viewer enough time to process what they just saw. Unlike Siren Head, stupid stick figure ass standing out in the open.
