    In the 50s and 60s the first kid to see a new model year on the road had bragging rights. It was usually September that you start looking for the new year. It was huge. Not only do I remember seeing a 1957 Ford two door hardtop take a corner but I had my camera for proof. So that would’ve been September 1956.
    Today I don’t think kids play any attention to model year.
    My neighbor had rockstar status among us friends because his dad brought a white with red interior. 1963 Ford galaxy XL. To top that off eventually the galaxy was traded in for 1969 mustang boss..
    The car here is absolutely perfect.!

    I bought a 1962 chevy impala back in 1986 when i was 20 paid 60$for it one owner here in northern calif blue with light blue cloth n vynal stripes in the middle of the seats 🇺🇲

    Will never understand why someone would believe setting the camera so you can only see 1/3 of the field is cool, it's not!
