    This video really helps
I’m having a tough time tonight. Dealing with chronic pain and panic attacks for three years now. Almost four.
I used to love being alone. Now I can’t be.
This really helps. Parent myself is such a huge lesson for me. Thanks for your care.

I’ve been watching your videos for 4 months now and this is my favorite for sure. I like when you give actual examples of words to say, tone of voice etc. and love the hot air balloon. ❤

I forgot what day of which week I spoke to my wife last about pain! Considering it was every day, twice, three times! Its a achievement worth mentioning! My brain would like to just point out"but yeah you're still having pain just for the record"Correct but I like it to think of it somewhat like a Thunderstorm that's passed over! Its no longer a perceived threat & using indifference & Dan's Wisdom its some where off in the distance rumbling away! Still there but I pay it little significance compared to when the Tornado was all I could think about Everyday because I was at(or thought I was💡)at its mercy! The pain will CRAVE you're attention but it's surprising how often in Life when something doesn't get the attention it wants it fades given time & loses interest in you⛅🌤️☀️I'm talking small victories here folks but if I may use the Hot Air balloon as a reference! If you keep throttling the Heat the Balloon will ascend out of control to inevitable danger🔥🔥🔥If you want to come back down to earth gently take you're mind of the throttle! Sure you'll have days where for all you're efforts you'll spiral for that throttle but🔥🔥🔥 Calm you're mind🔥🔥Use indifference to shift you're Focus🔥& you will come back down to earth eventually & smoothly with a Life in bloom just yearning to be lived🌱⛅🌤️☀️Stay Strong people! Great video Dan,even when making headway it's nice to have a video on Reassurance 🙏🇬🇧🌟

Yeah I’m so glad we got to see the hot air balloon. I’ve been really focusing on calming myself & having a mindset of indifference. I’m still experiencing symptoms but I’m just so happy I don’t care. Even if they never go away, I’m just happy to be off the fear roller coaster of going to dr to dr, treatments, surgeries. Instead I’m enjoying family time! Going to the zoo today. My TMS symptoms won’t interfere with me living my life. I got this! Thanks Dan!

Sounds like it clicked for you. Keep with the indifference and reassuring yourself that your body is fine. The brain will get the message and turn the pain off when it's ready.

I was freaking out completely today. The last months the pain in my back/neck/groin/belly decreased by 70/80%, but today I started worrying again that an inguinal hernia surgery I had in the past is causing me pain now. I was massaging the scars, because i'm worried about adhesions and it was a little painful, but after that I started freaking out completely and worrying the whole day. About the surgery that it was unnecessary, because I'm sure I have TMS for 14 years. I scored 50/50 in the paintest. I'm still very stressed out. This video was very helpful.

    • @PainFreeYou

Glad the video was helpful. 50 of 50 is definitely TMS. Discard medical/surgical beliefs. They are incorrect. It's TMS. Here's the roadmap to recovery:

Haha made me chuckle, your great to listen to as your calm and clear. just a suggestion with the beginning 🙏 As the breath is so effective.. If you slow down a fraction more, space is everything 😃 silence can also be very powerful and so to be even more present to your breath and words so that when your speaking about breathing in or out you are doing that in time & connection with the intention.. so saying breath in the peace then breathe in, take those few seconds, then saying breathe out the chatter.. phewhhh..breathe out then..so much more powerful and engaging. It will feel like a long time, at the time when under any pressure. Thank you for reading & growing. You are helping me so much, with your videos & being you.

Thank you, Dan. This is amazing. Definitely gonna be bookmarking this. I’ve been wondering why my “I’m safe” mantra isn’t working too well….and this made me realize I have to actually “feel” safe and calm my thinking and shift the behaviors that I go back to all day, after my affirmations. Affirmations are great but not if they are bookended by living in fear. This video is awesome. Also, the hot air balloon is epic! So fun and cool. Thanks for this. Gonna go give myself a hug.

You've got this. And you are right. Saying I'm safe when our body is tense and we are breathing shallow is not effective.

I am already feeling better, as I usually do with videos I like, I will watch it repeatedly ! Thanks Dan ! My body is doing fine but you know as everyone sometimes we feel overwhelmed by insecurities so that is why I looked for a video about reassuring ourselves on those days when we give our insecurities a lot of importance. Have a nice day ! 😁

No - the topics are not in a specific order. And my concepts have matured and the message more clear now than it was a year and a half ago when the daily videos began. Love the balloon 💕. I’m Having a flare up this weekend, but I know what caused it. I’m really working on just chilling out. I think life stress just triggers me , I have to react differently to certain things . I think a “ I don’t give a hoot attitude “sometimes is what I need. I need to train my brain that it’s safe. But it doesn’t feel safe if I’m really upset about stuff.

Sir my pain is gone I m 24 I used to have severe knee n leg pain its all gone
Bt I m scared to start gym again n especially doing leg day
Sir is it normal to have pain after heavy workout
Sir pain after heavy workout is muscles sorness or is it also TMS

    • @PainFreeYou
      @PainFreeYou  3 роки тому +1

Muscles will be sore after a workout, but that only lasts a couple days. If it lasts a LOT longer, that's TMS/learned pain.

    • @PainFreeYou

I explain this thing called TMS in a video at: PainFreeYou.com. Most chronic pain is not caused by structural problems. And since that is the case, it can be eliminated.
