Aikoto definitely works!! after working 12 hours, back is painful as all get out. Laid on the mat (shirtless) for 30 minutes. No more back pain, no more strain and stress! I do not have to use pain pills anymore!
I tried this with and without a shirt. They say it's better to do shirtless, but many users advise wearing one to get used to it first. I did mine first on the carpet floor than in bed. I heard the bed was better because you sink more into it. As for feeling, my back went from feeling prickly, to warm, to hot, to soothing heat (my back was red at this first, which I heard was normal due to blood circulation).
The first time I used it my back pain just disappeared and then I was wondering what to do with the mat.. Now I again got the back pain. I forgot the rules. I think I was lying on it for about 10 minutes. But my pain did not go. So I started searching for guidance. So there should be some clarity on using it only when you have pain or can you use it on a regular basis. Can you sit on it and meditate also(cross legged or Padmasana.
what is the risk associated with laying on it for longer than 45 minutes? not planning on it. just curious. i think it is super comfortable and relaxing so i always set an alarm because 😴😴😴
I don't know if it would help for that particularly but it may offer you a bit of relief and I recommend one regardless because it really does help to feel better in general use.
Curious about how much it will help with my migraines.... I have had migraines for several years an meds only help to a point so been trying more natural ways to elevate to pain so if u have any suggestions on certain positions for us migraine ppl plz let me know n thank you!!
Good question, I am not sure on that, so I don't want to give you the wrong advice. I would recommend going to: amzn.to/2Lpscfs and asking the question there.,
I'm sorry, this review lacks the depth I would prefer, and the background research I'd hope for. It seems like you're saying good things about a product that really didn't do much for you.

For best results, you need to draw your knees up to flatten your spine.
Yeah! I use an exercise ball to rest my legs on and flatten spine

Had it for a whole year. Will try again to lay on it using the chair.

I used a mat every night before I go to sleep and yes you can sit on it to meditate.

@@rajtelusuri5141 I don't believe it would, but probably suggest checking with a medical professional and so some additional research.
Great review. Thank for video!
Thanks!
Are you still using this mat? How is it? What about your back pain? Is it gone for good?
I still use it before going to sleep. I will always have back issues, so I need to be careful with the things I do.
