Given that during testing and exhibitions like this, factory riders will usually use gear provided to them, as opposed to their own race gear. And with Ducati, their factory riders usually wear the Corse gear. This could still very well be Hayden in the video. The fact is, we don't really know, considering we're only told that it's him and never actually see anything truly tell-tale.

Clutch control is one of the most major components of kicking the rear out. It could have just been the last piece of the puzzle he needed to understand to get it.
