We went for coffee at the local cafe & the next thing we knew we had the old lady in our car & directing us here. The language barrier made it very difficult but she sure did want us to buy that house. Sweet old lady :)
The word for the area under the house...not "store"...it's storage. Store = a loja, do you consider that area under the house as 'cave' or 'reis do chão'? Do you know when the house was built? Does the property have a well or other water source beside mains water? What is the area around the house that needs to be cleared around house to avoid wildfires? I suggest bringing a flashlight or extra light source (lamp) to better light up the area.

This has been happening for the past several years because foreigners are moving into Portugal. Huge migration from US (politica) and those from UK can't afford to buy in UK. The Portuguese can't afford to buy because the foreigners are driving up prices...but also many foreigners are interested in the depopulated villages.

Is perfect! thanks for showing us.
That little pool in the storage area is for curing the olives not for grapes. Greetings from Cyprus.
Could be made the perfect home for one or two people.

I enjoy watching your videos. I will be in Portugal next spring looking for property. I hope to connect with you to see what is available.
Nice but will need a lot of work to bring it up to a habitable home.
Love that there is a house for sale for that price or farm.
I’m already imagining a hammock between the two cork trees 🌳
I love it !
Real price about 8000 !!!
i like it but no sight or mention to bathroom or outdoor toilet and septic tank? this is registered as urban property already?
Very nice wat taxes would be due when making the purchase
at the time of purchase, in taxes you will pay close to 730€

What is the footprint area of the house and outbuildings in m2?
@@janliljeberg3769 The area of the main house currently has 2 floors, each with 80m2, the other 2 buildings have approximately 25m2 each.

Nosso Portugal de mal a pior. Imóveis à venda sendo apresentados em inglês, com textos em inglês. Muito triste.
