Awesome! They are definitely a great tool to have on hand. If you pick up a pair, many people have recommend that you listen to about 2 hours of music to get used to the emulations. It may help to be sitting in front of your studio monitors to help trick the brain that you’re “not listening to headphones”. For me, I got lucky and it kind of just “clicked” the first time I tried them. No wizardry needed haha!
The Essentials Edition and Platinum Edition are the exact same headphones, so the build and component quality is identical. Here’s the difference: With Essentials, it comes in at a lower price point, making it more affordable. However, it contains a limited version of the software (less virtual mix rooms). You can purchase additional listening spaces though. The Platinum Edition includes all virtual listening spaces and all new spaces that are released will be free. Why the Fxxx did they make 2 diffrent versions of something that should be a Standard of quality. Wont they produce 2 diffrent types of quality ???
