There’s no denying that the instrumental to this song is one of the greatest emo rock instrumentals ever composed. Definitely deserves a second shot as a number 1 song with new lyrics and vocalist.
No way dude you have no idea how long ive been waiting for you to do a lostprophets cover! They were my favorite band when i was little, i was born in Australia and you couldnt leave the house without hearing their songs somewhere, Ian is a fucking psychopath but their music will always remind me of home
I actually did a guitar cover on that song too. This was before I learned about the lead singer's crimes. I will still remember Lostprophets for their awesome music, not for what the lead singer has become.
I first heard of this band recently through a Horror Stories video, and this cover was the first time I'd ever heard any of their songs from start to finish (their discography is not on any streaming services as far as I know, and I'm hesitant to even look them up on UA-cam). The sad thing is...this was really really catchy. I bet they churned out some bangers in their day, before their very name became tarnished. Fantastic work as always, Mr. Mystic.
They were a really good band. After everything that happened with Ian, all their material pretty much got nuked from existence and banned, unless you search for it then you aren't going to find it. It's understandable why and there's no real other better way to handle it but it's still unfair to the rest of the guys in the band that had their careers tarnished and ruined from something that wasn't their doing. It's just a bad situation all around.
The song still plays on Pandora, but it's the only song i've ever seen that the replay button is greyed out (as far as I remember), and I have a premium paid account.
Great song man. Saw these guys in my local town in the UK before they were big. Still love listening to their music but it’s only with headphones in and definitely not out the speakers in the car! Just seems wrong to do so…
I was hesitant to even do this cover. I haven't listened to them at all after it all went down until recently and it was weird. I loved Start Something but the guilty feelings listening to it now is just too much and destroys the vibe. The only way I could listen to them now is instrumentally and sing the lyrics in my head. Luckily we have the tech to do that now. Remove the stain and just leave the good.
Thank you for playing this song. Its so nostalgic to me. Even if the lead singer is a pos, its still a fantastic song and like RATM I can separate the artist from their work and still enjoy it.

The cuts from the news about the vocalist are still healing. Great cover dude. Glad you at least gave the cover a shot considering what happened. Moises comes in handy for this I see 🤣🤣
Great cover, The Fake Sound of Progress is one of my favorite albums…it reminds me so much of highschool sometimes I still hear some songs but in headphones, I feel bad for the rest of the band great musicians with this shitty person for singer
I don't normally do instrumental covers but I removed the vocals for this one for obvious reasons.
Great cover but good call fuck that singer.
Major respect for that!
Sad a great song like this is tainted by that dude
Yup...
The last moments of song means...We'll have Wake up cover too?
This song takes me back to 2004. The music video was also really cool 👍🏼. Love this song.

That guitar right before the chorus sounds magical... Hell of a melody. Thanks a lot for this!
Amazing song. Amazing cover.
Rooftops was another great song.
Crazy thing is I heard this song on a video game known as NFL Street when I was a kid. How did such a hidden gem end up on that game?

Uh man.
I loved LostProphets music.
Pity it’s always gonna be tarnished.
Thanks for doing this one mate!

Can we have Wake Up/Make a move cover too?

すばらしい演奏です!!Great job!!!
Nice cover, big like
Request: You know you’re right - Nirvana
I was gonna ask why there's no vocals, but seeing other comments informed me why. Unfortunate, but understandable. Still a really good cover though

What's the problem with RATM?

this is the best cover i have ever seen keep up the good work and please make a cover of Evanescence
Request for Darwin's Waiting Room "Feel so stupid"!
Dude I used to really love Lost Prophets but when the lead singer got busted with CP... I just couldn't any more.
“Got busted with cp” is such a massive understatement, which is saying something.
He seriously did more to children and babies than just porn....
The man was a piece of shit!!! 😡😡

What program are you using to make your backing tracks?? Moises?
Yep, Moises.
Can there be a tutorial pleassseee
Or tabs?

This song is from Start Something….
@@kevinbadger8030 I know it’s from Start Something, I was just commenting on TFSOP and what happenened to the rest of Lostprophets
@@danteluna8322 yeah but don’t you think it’s weird to comment on a song that’s not even from the album you’re praising?
You should check out a song called Tempo Perdido by Legião Urbana.
Understandable. Great song, but…
You talking about Ian Watkins?
@@TheKvltPantShater “He who must not be named!”
He removed Ian's vocals. Nothing to complain about.
I used to listen to this band back in the day, the rest of the band is good but the singer sucks!
He was good as a singer, but horrible as a human being
