I love your channel first and foremost! Please know I am coming from a loving perspective! But in terms of raw milk, it can actually be very dangerous. I live in Maine and there's only one farmer out of manyy that will even drink raw milk. The bacteria that can inhabit contaminated raw milk can make you very sick and die. This bacteria comes from unclean animal teats (such as those with poop on them). There is even a law here that it is illegal to give children that are not your own raw milk. A man not too long ago actually got arrested for giving the neighbors child raw milk when they came over to their house (out of love not knowing the risks) and the child died. I say this all just as a precaution! I learned this in my college food science class as I am a senior graduating with my bachelor's degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition with a focus in Dietetics. At the end of the day, it is completely up to you what you choose to do and drink but I would urge you to research the warnings on unpasteurized aka raw milk. God bless you and your family!
Came here to say the same. With raw milk, you’re taking a risk and hoping that the cow is healthy or that the farm it came from is sanitary. There’s a much bigger risk of foodborne illness and it’s not a risk you should take while pregnant or breastfeeding. It can make you very sick because there’s no process to kill harmful bacteria.
