Jimmy Hopkins is probably not only the youngest Rockstar games characters but also one of the shortest sentence so far for a Rockstar games charactes. Speaking about Rockstar games, i would like to see if Victor Vance (GTA Vice City) and Cole Phelps (LA Noire) were charged for their crimes.
I think that Victor Vance would have the lightest sentence compared to all of the other GTA characters. He was probably the most morally good character in the entire franchise. The people I really want to see are Big Smoke, Ryder, and Salvatore Leone.
Prior to the events of GTA VC, Tommy had served a 15-year sentence, much less than Jimmy would theoretically be charged with for some of the things he did, This is clearly due to the influence of the Mafia, Cole Phelps would not be charged because for a police officer to be charged they have to be corrupt and have concrete evidence of their crimes, Cole Phelps is not corrupt, As for Victor Vance, it would be interesting to know how much his sentence would be if he were charged, it would be cool
I'm not sure how much you could charge Cole Phelps for given that he always abided by the law and only used force when necessary. Well... he did commit adultery, but that's about it really. Edit: Oh wait, I forgot about his war crime. But that still wouldn't give enough content for a video.
Garry's actions wasn't seen. He can't physically do anything, he's just a mastermind. All he did was talk and instigate each crew to make them believe Hopkins was the true enemy. The only thing Gary did do was tie up the principal and orchestrate the downfall of Bullworth by the hands of Jimmy of course. Besides, they'll put him back into the mental institution not prison because he's "special".
