Lovely video with a great oversight about bioprocessing. I studied bioprocess development and have to say that we got into detail w.r.t. the individual processing steps, but the professors weren't good at teaching the whole in context. I think the educational system is really bad at this, and so we really profit from videos such as yours.

Definition says
Mass: property of an object with undefined index here may be cells
Density: it's mass per unit volume hence area covered by a certain mass of cells!
