How to Properly Remove Chassis Rivets

After many trials and tribulations I’ve come up with an elegant way to remove chassis rivets.

Buy a cheap plasma cutter and get good with it. You can shave the heads off without damaging the frame or brackets. You can remove an entire cross member in minutes.

Hard to argue with an excuse to buy a plasma! However, this method is cheap, quick, and precise.
