I'm really happy that Vivian remains solid in the purest Heavy Metal. And see it along with Vinny Appice, and Phil Soussan It just makes me think. The party is not over yet. Long live to Rock 'n' Roll, boys!
You have to ask why. Why? This music was written by Vivian with Dio back in the 80"s .The whole album Heavy Crown was to be done with Dio but Vivian left.
This band sounds like the record loud live. One of the best bands I've ever seen. Andrew's vocal technique and endurance is ludicrous. And the rest of them - all killer.
This new song and upcoming album makes me so happy. Like a light in the dark tunnel of the times we live in. I was so blessed to see Viv and Vinny with Dio 2 times in the mid 80's and saw Phil playing with Ozzy on the Ultimate Sin tour with Metallica opening. That was an insane show! Thanks for keeping the dream alive, following your passions, and giving some of us hope and a moment of ease and grace in a challenging world guys! I'll see you in March at the Token Lounge!! :) \m/
I gotta be honest, most of the time when these bands full of guys who kinda “used to be” pops up...I’m always disappointed....but damn, this sounds like a real band. This is actually badass and sounds legit. I look forward to hearing more from these guys!!!
Vivian is an Icon. Definitely 1 of the best from the 80's and still killing it. Phil Soussan is a str8t ahead kick ass bassist. Loved his work with Jake E Lee and Randy Castillo in Ozzy. Vinny, simply the tightest hard hitter in Metal. Andrew Freeman, just great vocals. He does Ronnie James Dio proper justice when he sings the DIO songs and on these originals, he's just gr8t as well
Holy crap Luis! An actual fan that appreciates good music and this dude's vocals. Too many people whine and cry. I thought the same exact thing when I saw these guys. Dio will always be hard to replace but I thought this guy did awesome or as you worded better "proper justice" to Dio. Andrew Freeman- you're awesome- keep rocking brother! The true fans appreciate you carrying on Dio's music while adding to it with this great song.
People who say there's no good music these days aren't looking. Sure, you have to dig a bit. It's not easy to find. But there's a HELL of a lot of good music still being made. And a lot of the bands we loved in the 80s are still around.
Sounds very good. Doesn't make me think of DIO, makes me think a little of the RIVERDOGS records Vivian did. Don't get me wrong I like this a lot. Keep rocking!
I was recently watching Rock Fantasy, and there is Andy....I hadn't seen him in almost 30 years...I had no idea what he had been doing all these years....So I hear he's in Last In Line, and I here I am. Andy was a great guy...Well done brother....I am so happy for you. - Wicked Addiction
Clicked in to see who was playing bass. Soussan's an inspired choice - a great player who strikes the perfect vibe, not to mention look and old-school credibility. Looks like he's playing a Music Man Sterling bass - I play one as well, though haven't played it much with a pick - it sounds good, so I'll have to give that a try! Cheers to these guys, excellent musicians all!
I love this song, and it's been growing on me since the first play. I wish there were a repeat button on this, so I could leave it on constantly until the new record II comes out. Best of all, it's great to see so many comments here. This band needs more exposure, and I wish there were a way to give it to them.
I was just re-listening to Last In Line and thought "they'll never do a second album and then came to the website and BOOM!................"II" will be released on Feb 22 19'......awesome.
what a wonderful treat. thank you for posting this. I have been waiting for this album since the first one came out. I am going to run and buy it. made my day. God bless you
LAST IN LINE are Vocalist: Andrew Freeman, Drummer: Vinny Appice, Bass Guitarist: Phil Soussan, and Lead Guitarist: Vivian Campbell, all seasoned metal & rock performers. They are set to release their second album “II” via Frontiers Music Srl on 22 February 2019. “Landslide” is on “II” and LAST IN LINE Truly ROCK!! Jimmy Bain was their bassist on their first album “Heavy Crown,” but he went to Rock In Peace at the age of 68 on January 23, 2016. LAST IN LINE then hired Phil Soussan (ex- Ozzy Osbourne) to take his place, because they know he would have wanted the band to keep on rockin’🎸They Do!🤘🏻🔛LAST IN LINE!🤘🏻🎵🎸😎
That was freaking fantastic. Genius guitar solo with epic vocals, and amazing drums/bass.
I'm really happy that Vivian remains solid in the purest Heavy Metal. And see it along with Vinny Appice, and Phil Soussan It just makes me think. The party is not over yet. Long live to Rock 'n' Roll, boys!
Nope party aint over hitting the road in a bit thanks LIL for coming to Texas
I'm super excited to watch them in concert tomorrow night
Vivian Rocks 🤘🏽
Anything that Vinny plays drums on is clearly going to be on a higher level with his magic in the mix and all !
Viv so smart how he lays out the riffs builds tension and release absolute genius as always !!!
Phil Soussan! Viv's sig Les Paul is a sweet machine! Very happy about this, loved Heavy Crown!
VIVIAN CAMPBELL MY MAN!!!
Love this singer!
Campbell let off the Def Leppard leash is magnificent!
The guitar solo gave me goose bumps... very dio era solo ... was just like 1984 ... viv and the boys rock!!
The guitar solo didn't sound like classic Dio, but 3:16-3:30 definitely did.
@@Danimal77 For sure! Viv is under rated and under used in def leppard . thank goodness for last in line
You have to ask why. Why? This music was written by Vivian with Dio back in the 80"s .The whole album Heavy Crown was to be done with Dio but Vivian left.
Killer song.
always nice to hear the Viv Campbell hard rock sound.
Last time with Dio..
This band sounds like the record loud live. One of the best bands I've ever seen. Andrew's vocal technique and endurance is ludicrous. And the rest of them - all killer.

check out their album from a couple years ago. Heavy Crown. it is excellent.
I saw them warm up for Dokken this summer, they sounded a lot better than Dokken!
Dave Calhoun because they ARE a lot better than Dokken
These guys are good, check out Black Swan and Dirty Shirley!! Both are killer!
That voice!
Just saw them open for Kita Ford with this track as their opener. They were amazing and this song was fantastic!

Wild Horses/In The City/I'll Give You Love/Reservation
Man it's good to hear Vivian rock again
People who say there's no good music these days aren't looking. Sure, you have to dig a bit. It's not easy to find. But there's a HELL of a lot of good music still being made. And a lot of the bands we loved in the 80s are still around.
The more I listen to it the more I like it. The band did an excellent job together with Jeff Pilson. You just gotta love that sound.
Saw them last night at Sony Theater in Manhattan. Wow, incredible show.
Great show last in line last nite in buda thanks vinny for the pic rock on bros cant wait to hear 3rd album when it comes out
Loved their first album. There isn't a filler song on it IMO. I can barley wait for this one!
Sounds very good. Doesn't make me think of DIO, makes me think a little of the RIVERDOGS records Vivian did. Don't get me wrong I like this a lot. Keep rocking!

Great to have a 2nd album, didn't expect after Jimmy passing. Would be a dream to have them tour it quickly Down Under. Rock on!
Long time Dio fan here but this is my first time hearing this band.
Fantastic! Great to have Campbell back and shredding his ass off!
It sounds awesome
Vinny is the man !!!
Best album I have heard in a while
Fantastic! Everyone sounding on top form.
Andrew rocks man I hope he sees this and says hi some how :)

Time to come back to Tupelo Hall New Hampshire again! Saw you there last time...Loudest show I have ever been too!!!
I love this song, and it's been growing on me since the first play. I wish there were a repeat button on this, so I could leave it on constantly until the new record II comes out. Best of all, it's great to see so many comments here. This band needs more exposure, and I wish there were a way to give it to them.
Vivian needs this side project. He is not allowed to play anything even close to heavy guitar riffs in his full time band.
Great to hear Viv playing some darker riffs and solos again 😎
I was just re-listening to Last In Line and thought "they'll never do a second album and then came to the website and BOOM!................"II" will be released on Feb 22 19'......awesome.
Good rock is not dead. Nice song.
Vinny is back with Sabian AA Cymbals!Got his brain back! Yeah! Love ya Forever Vinny!
Great video great vocals....nice job boyz
I love the sound from Dio' s Last in line, where is that sound ??? Bring it back !!!
This has a good classic rock vibe. It's heavy and listenable at the same time. Good musicianship.
Great Singer ! Great Guitar !
these guys rock... rip Jimmy... the band goes on and they rock!!!!!
This band is pretty magical and has great chemistry. But, everything I have heard Vinny play drums on is naturally awesome !
AWSOME!!!!!!!
Love this song
Vivian Campbell one of underrated great guitarist from 80s
I don't think he was ever underrated.
But since 1991, he is the rythim guitarist of Def Leppard, the best band of the 80's
22trem well I don't think he gets props he deserves his work on dio albums was good as malmsteen and evh solos
Jr Jacques u got a point too. Dio guitar on albums wasn't that good after he left either. Singing was awesome every track but guitar was just OK.
underrated ,???? he s always been great
Classic Hard Rock Track. The kind I like the way I like it. Entire New CD Same. Rock on Viv, Band!
🔥 🔥 🔥
Bealtiful chorus!
Melody and Lyrics Rocked it.

This will be we received by all fans! IMO this is great work
This is awesome! Seen them live last year Holyoke MA kicked ass!
I was hoping to hear some classic dio style soloing. So well done. Love Viv
Vivian Campbell's work with Lou Gramm in the band Shadow King is still his best work but this is great as well, look forward to hearing more of them.
Nice call! I remember that record. :)
I think the debut album of the Riverdogs is his best work
vinny is the best drummer ever
Badass!
great song
Awesome!!
