FITTING *VW T5/T6* WHEELS TO MY VOLKSWAGEN CADDY

In this video I fit some 17" VW T5 / T6 steel wheels to my Volkswagen Caddy using 5x112 to 5x120 PCD adapters.

I didn't even know these adaptors were a thing.
Grey would be my choice for the wheels ( I'm about to get the alloys I bought for my caddy referb'd grey) . My only worry is rubbing if you go lower 🤔🤔

I've put the same on my caddy and got the kit from PCD parts. I noticed the bolts you had were silver and that the t5 centre caps fit. Mine came supplied with black bolts, and the caps don't fit. Any ideas, please?

Just out of curiosity what tyre size did you have ? Did it rub at all ?

Initially he was using a Transporter tyre at 215/60/17. I'd like to know if any rubbing issues with that tyre too.

I’ve got a sweet set of golf R 19” 235/35 on my caddy and it’s also lowered and they are so awesome. No adaptors required. Straight in with same wheel nuts from the original 15” rims🎉🎉🤙🏽🤙🏽 btw. Your caddy looks a lot beta with those rims on. I like it👍🏽

The wheels might look nice in white but how long they would stay white is another thing.👍

pcdparts advise Vw centre caps will not fit as the collar on the new shorter bolts has a smaller diameter. I'm confused now. Did they fall off in use?

No they stayed fine! I think I may of got t5 wheels nuts for it can’t remember now 🤔😂

Actually the wheel adapters came with the t5 m14x1.5 25mm bolts for the wheel to the adapter!
