Hi, I was just surfing the youtube and realized I may skim over the ACT and SAT. In Turkey, we take the tests called TYT(~SAT) and AYT(~ACT). I can guarantee that they are at least 5 times harder than this USA exam questions, yet we have the same amount of time(a minute) to answer one question. I suggest you to have a look at them.
Anyone taking the ACT anytime soon? I am retaking mine and this video is very intensive. Here's a tip, if you have time. Do not try speed running it. Get a pen and notebook and write out each individual problem and fully understand the method used and memorize it. It'll save you in the long run. Its only an hour long but it could easily take a week to re-learn and properly memorize all the formulas/techniques. Good luck!! (and a self good luck too to future me lol)
if you have taken too much time to fill out answers, never choose A/E randomly. C is a safe bet and B and D are close seconds, and the same applies for the other tests but with B/C.
your channel literally saves my grades I always watch before exams or just to understand lessons like you got me through high school I'm really grateful
tip, on number 11, sin is opp/hyp, cos is adj/hyp, and tan is sin/cos. You know sin is negative and so is tan. For tan to be negative, the denominator (cos) needs to be positive. Which leaves us with A, E, and D. We also know cos is adj/hyp. And from sin we're given that the hyp is 25. Thus the answer is D

@@linziroberts5771 What they don’t tell you is PACING!! Tip to save you questions on the easier algebra problems... it’s WAY easier to work backwards rather than the “traditional” way of doing algebra problems. For number one for example, 3x/4+5=11. Subtract 5 from 11 because you added it on the other side, and 11 becomes 6, multiply by 4 instead of divide and get 24, and divide by 3 instead of multiple to get 8. Just do the opposite of whatever the longer signs operation is (multiplication becomes division, addition becomes subtraction, etc.) to the other side. You can do it in your head that way.
1:20:09 if anyone is interested how to solve the 31th here is what u need to do 45 costs X 72 will cost Y from here we get that Y=72X/45. We divide both 72 and 45 by 9 and we get 8X/5 which is answer E.
For number 5 you wrote the problem as 3x^2 -5x +28 but it's supposed to be 3x^2-5x+8. No hate I just thought you should know! I find your videos super helpful :)
This is bc you had to set f(x) = 3x^2-5x+8 equal to f(x) = 36 since this was a given. From there, when you subtract 8 from both sides (36-8) you get 28 so that's why it's like that :)
good Year and good Business. never rolling the Dice with these videos always so imformative. Endless Brain aces with math but you make it seem easy. Define easy math - TOCT let's go man thanks
For the last question could you have set it up this way? 1 box=27 muffin 5 cups= 9 muffin then multiply the 5 and 9 by 3 to get the muffins to be the same number which would be as followed 1=27 (i have taken out the units for this) 15=27 Then take 15 and 27 by 8 (to get the number of flour needed and the number of muffins that would be in a box) which would give you 120=216.
