    Which is why keto and carnivore diets are the best diets in the entire planet! You avoid most of the sugars that are provided by the grain and fruits.

      @@yassinhani3764it’s no more expensive than junk food. That’s just a lame ass excuse. I spend all my money on healthy food. I don’t eat fast food and going to a restaurant is for special occasions like my birthday.

      @@Beingme111 but junk food is cheaper protein best food group is the highest and fruit I love like £3 for 6 apples or so sometimes cheaper whilst on offer all the time chocolate bars is £1 big crisps £1 and it tastes better

      Eating bags of chips and packets of chocolate every single day as a source of food is healthy for you in the long run? Nu-ahh mate.
      Treating diseases is so much more expensive than healthy food.

    I don't agree with this. There are examples of obese people who are healthy in their 80s. The quality of food we eat determines our health more than the quantity.
