I’m so happy and excited for you sis I wish I can go with you ! one of my life goals is to go to Sweden to see Stockholm and other places and hopefully to meet Tove Lo! Be careful and have fun much love do you💝
I'm blessed to be able to live on Gotland permanetly. During the tourist season it's pretty crowded when compared to non tourist season. We are only around 60k people living there. Things are getting back to normal, but I'm very afraid of that Delta shit, that it will hit us hard...
Hello Cassie It id great to see you relax and excited about your new adventure in trucking . Glad to see you smiling more in this video. Thank you and your colleague for your service delivering good. Have a great day
Hi Cassie I'm new to the channel but I'll definitely be subscribing!! I drive truck here in the USA and it's amazing how different things are over there. The scenery is amazing and the trucks have pretty good specs. Stay safe out there on the road.
It's so great to see you enjoying your work again..you seem relaxed and most importantly...happy...and seeing you happy has made my day! ..Great video Cassie...and keep that amazing smile going! xx
Cassie great video, good to see you happy and smiling. Thanks for sharing your adventures at work, that truck looks kind of new, very well kept. One more type of truck for your resume 😆. Is a good day at work when you feeling good about the job. Amazing scenery there in the roads of Sweden 🇸🇪. Very entertaining first part, will wait for the second one. Until now be safe and keep smiling to the life.
Love how Viggo jumps and goes off the floor with all four paws 🐾. Bless you Cassie. If it wasn't for your amazing videos, I would never know about "The Shift" keep safe and keep smiling your wonderful smile.
Glad to see I'm not the only one that opens all the cabinets doors in the truck when they get in it. Love your tattoos about how many do you have. Love your videos you do a great job on them.
17:06 Those dedicated "terminal trucks" are really interesting. The more fancy ones rotate the cabin 180 degrees so the driver can actually see were they are backing into. The first time I say one of those in action and how easy they make the life of its drivers, I thought: "oh come on, that is not fair...".
Did you notice the 5th wheel is raised up to lift and move the trailers all the driver does is put one air line on well here that is the case and they don't hang about.
cool truck great interior (the slide doors 😍 ) awesome ship and, as always, a nice and adorable Cassie. Thanks for sharing this cool experience with us and be safe
17:17 These trucks loading and unloading the trailers on the ferry got an interesting feature. They have a swivelling seat so they never reverse, they always drive with the driver facing the direction the truck is travelling. You can actually see the truck without a trailer on, the driver is facing the towbar.
Good day Cassie!! Thanks for making a great video and it is very good to see you happy and smiling. I can just feel your happiness as I am watching your video! It really mad my day. Thank you so much. It was great to see the inside of the freezer warehouse, I have always wondered what they look like on the inside. Glad to hear that you are doing well. Can't wait for part 2! You are a gorgeous lady Drive safe
Cool video Cassie, nice to know youre in a stress free happy place, hope you get more regular/full time work soon, that Volvo looks great in that colour too
Wonderful to see you again Cassie. Especially so when you're in such good spirits. You looked great too. I'll be waiting for part 2. Be safe! OH, that sure is a beautiful truck.
I've been on that ferry so many times with my small "truck". But still always get that nice tingeling feeling in my stomach. I also got it when watching your video haha. I hope you were able to see something of Gotland. I can't wait for part 2...
I once took a boat from Seattle to Alaska, called “the Alaska ferry”, I hauled a 53 foot trailer of food and beverages I never always saw land but it was a long trip. I’m from seattle, so I have taken ferry’s many times, but never longer than 60 minutes unless we had to stop for whale pods. I love your videos, watching the switch engines ( I used to drive one moving trailers in a distribution yard (frozen, milk, soda, ice cream, non grocery. they called us yard jockeys because we only had 1 seat. that taught me how to Back a trailer good(50 + drops everyday. Lover your videos!
I live on an island, (the Isle of Wight, the lump of rock that blocks the entrance to Southampton :-), and things revolve around ferries. When the winds are strong, they tend to stop. Things can be delayed at times. 17:22 The shunters they use at Wightlink are quite interesting: The '5th Wheel' is on a hydraulic lift, so no need to wind up the legs to move, just 'pick up' the trailer, and access to the cab is from the back, so straight from the cab to the platform to connect the umbilical connections to the trailer, also the drivers seat and controls swivel to allow the driver to always be facing the direction of travel, without needing to look behind ! Hope you didn't get sea sick!
Hey Cassie, this is so good to see you exited for the trip and taking the ferry with an almost new truck. I remember seeing the trailer towing mini trucks in Trelleborg and in Travemünde too. They were going very fast and precise, I was fascinated. With such beautiful weather I am sure you had lots of fun going to Gotland. Looking forward to Part 2. Andy from Germany.
So beautiful to see you looking so happy and relaxed, it would be horrible leaving the dogs Cassie. I’m retired now but still miss the driving, I have friends from Sweden, they are always at me to go and tour around Sweden, hopefully one day I might get there. Kind regards from Scotland. Johnny
Enjoying your adventure and looking forward to part two. I remember that feeling.. enjoying your job and getting paid for it at the same time! Happy times, nice to see you smiling again and a really positive attitude... take care.
So good to see you happy and excited :-) The camera on your head is also very cool when you are going slow and look around. And thanks for the directions with streets, I instantly looked it up on Google Maps, to see where it is. Stay positive! Greetings from Eilat at the Red Sea :-)
Hi Cassie, nice to see you enjoying the job again. I don't know how much fridge work you've done, but if you are going to load chilled or frozen, start the fridge before you get to the collection point and then the fridge will already be at the right temperature when you start to load. Stay safe and enjoy the trip.
Here in the 🇺🇲states you have to have your trailer pre cooled in route to pick up at what ever temp they call for .big shout out Cassie from orlando Florida nice scenery over there love your ink .
insulated trailer has quite low thermal mass, so practically air is cooled and it escapes when the doors get opened. At least that is what pro said. Some carriers still do that anyway. Cold cargo is way more important.
the first time I drove a truck to an island was very exciting, now it's just a fun day out :) the ferry ride is only an hour so very short, I drive concrete trucks so no overnight stays for me. looking forward to the second part.
"One of these" = in the UK we call it a 'shunter' (same as in railway/railroad shunters) but official name might be a 'tug master' - wee tractors that haul the trailers off and on the ferry. Anyway Cassie, you've got a gorgeous smile - use it more! 👍
Cassie, You know what?.......It's great to see you so happy again love, you are like a dog with 2 tails about this long trip, which I'm surprised about really, but good for you hope you enjoyed yourself?, can't wait for part 2, Take care hun XX
Great video i clicked on because i thought you were going to Gothland, N, Yorkshire, UK in a big truck would be quite a challenge due to narrow roads over the N Yorkshire moors. Great driving truck and scenery all the best to you from the UK.
Skateboard to the truck, different. Generally carried to much stuff and was normal to park beside and load up. Sometimes I would be away for a 2 week period. Longest time away 3 months.
Think yourselves lucky you are not situated in Central Europe, as they have had torrential rain storms that have caused massive flood damage - see You tube or other Video channels. So Cassie on a boat with a nearly new truck - what an adventure to be party of - lucky you have a trusted other driver who knows the ropes. Cheers Cassie see you when you get back no doubt?
Nice to have you back. You are so down to earth and grounded. I would much rather watch your vids than another young lady that drives. She seems a little ditsy and annoying. I have since deleted her from my feeds. Stay safe
Part 2 is coming up til the weekend! 🥰
I’m so happy and excited for you sis I wish I can go with you ! one of my life goals is to go to Sweden to see Stockholm and other places and hopefully to meet Tove Lo! Be careful and have fun much love do you💝
That was going to be my next question a part 2 o yea!!!
One of your best Cassie, beautiful views of you, can't wait for part 2 . I hope you don't get seasick. ❤ from Texas pretty lady.
I Love
Nv
Been once to Gotland and absolutely loved it. Somehow never made it back in over 15 years. I should go again when the world returns back to normal
I'm blessed to be able to live on Gotland permanetly. During the tourist season it's pretty crowded when compared to non tourist season. We are only around 60k people living there. Things are getting back to normal, but I'm very afraid of that Delta shit, that it will hit us hard...

You made it look so very easy, though you have long experience driving those Rigs. Thanks for sharing.
What a beautiful day! I can see why you're excited. Sometimes it's great to be a trucker. Have fun!
I must say the scenery you drive through is lovely. It is better you are showing it all with us.

really nice to see you happy and smiling ...think i could live in Sweden for the summer months, but not the snow and cold, to old for that (sun lover)
I appreciate you honesty about all you do. your videos are always enjoyable to watch

Anyway Cassie, you've got a gorgeous smile - use it more! 👍
Crossing the ferry looks super fun!
I used to love watching the shunting tugs moving around the dock picking up and dropping trailers 😊
