I am still curious how they are going to enforce it on the 1st? Does this mean they will be applying a permission set to all users? And by the option to "turn it off", how exactly is that accomplished? Most of my org is moved over but we still have a few individuals need to be exempt for a bit longer. Thanks!

Great question. Well, Feb 1st has passed and nothing much has happened by way of 'enforcement', more a 'requirement'. But in the next few months it will be a case that Salesforce will force MFA on users so best get creating those permission sets or turning on for all.
