How to Use Salesforce Authenticator for MFA Logins (For Lightning Experience and Salesforce Classic)

cant able to connect with autheticator app

try to login to salesforce web app, asking for authentication app
no account setup in authentication app, asking for enter 2-words phrase in salesforce web app.
but I can't login to the web app to enter 2-word phrase
sounds like infinite dead-end loop...
