How do I filter datatable in screen flow based on the picklist value selected?
Scenario- Filter all opportunities according to the Stage Value
Adam, great videos. Can you use those components to put a datatable on, say, an Account record?
This is great. I installed this last night and was a bit confused on why it wasn’t working. I have no idea why this isn’t a standard component in the first place, lol.

Hi Adam, glad i found this video ! thanks for making this. I have a quick question about the field called "which records are already selected "( the one below Display which records ) . In what scenario should use this field ? Also after multi- selecting the records from the table , is it possible to update them back to another record's multi picklist field ? Thank you !

Very interesting. Thank you, Adam. Few days back, somebody asked me if this is possible to have a custom screen when merging the records. Today is a standard screen you see where you pick records that you want to keep. Is this possible with flows? Nonetheless, this isfascinating what you showed. Kudos!

Thanks for the feedback. So you have 2 options for that requirement (custom screen for merging records):
1) Custom visualforce page (and apex)
2) Screen Flow
I would recommend screenflow as this allows you to develop what you need without needing to know APEX code and/or bring a developer in. It's also possible for you to do with more tutorials and practise...or, better still, to see if there is a template out there that you can install in your org/copy to do what you need?

I can give more detail on my scenario if needed but essentially I want to create multiple records in the screen flow, upload a file and have the file associated to the newly created records

Hi Adam, great video. I have a very similar use case and I have installed datatable for my screen flow. But I am running into an issue where I can't find datatable as the screen component to pull into my decision element to compare it with the current item of the loop. Can you please elaborate your flow to show how to use datatable further down in the flow? Or maybe explain to me what am I missing? Thank you so much.
Hi there, so I think it's a case of ensuring you capture the selections in a variable (storage box) then you can reference it later in the decision or loop. Also, check out my winter 23 video as it talks about the new native datatable, although same principle as above for referencing the values later in the flow. Good luck

Sorry to hear you've had issues with it. Please check out my new Winter 23 video as SF have now launched a native data table so you can do the same thing but without having to install the 3rd party lightning component. :)
how can we made one field value hyperlink in screen flow data table
Hmmm good question. I've not tried myself but my guess would be either, 1) a custom formula field on the object that is a HYPERLINK or 2) a URL custom field on the object with the URL value in it. You can then pull those values into the Datatable - however I don't know if the table will activate the hyperlink or not. Let us know here the outcome :)
In flows.. is it possible to upload 160 records.. if so can you make a video..
Hi there - great idea. I'll add it to my 'videos to make' list for sure. However, can you expand on your requirement a bit more please? When you say 'upload records' do you mean 'create with set values' or do you mean upload files to records? Cheers
