This will be our Christmas dinner, kinda thing, this 2019 gig. Like you said, we make slite adjustments to our mixture. Salad shrimp, small chopped bay scallops, and a bit more Crab. For example make a few things you're craving and have some friends over so there won't be left overs. Do a dip or something like this a meal and dessert. But don't pick over the course of hours. Eat as much as you can in about 30-45 min and that's it. Your body can only process so much at once and a lot gets "wasted". Gives you something to look.forward to and won't store fat little by little. I coach bikini and body building competitors and that's what we all do.
