BREAKFAST - Dosa & Light coconut chutney

INGREDIENTS: for light coconut chutney
Coconut ( fresh ) - 1 cup
Cumin seeds - half tsp
Shallots ( small onions ) - 3
Ginger - small piece or half tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Water - 1 cup ( or as needed )
LUNCH - Cauliflower Rice
------------------------
INGREDIENTS: for cauliflower rice
Cauliflower - 2 cups
Coconut - 1/4 cup
Water - 2 tbsp
Ginger - 1 piece
Garlic - 3
Oil - 2 tsp ( or ghee )
Onion - 2 ( chopped )
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Rice - 1 cup
Water - 2 cups
Salt to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - a pinch
Eggs - 4 ( optional )
DINNER - Carrot Paratha

Carrot - 1 ( grated )
Avocado - half ( mashed )
Atta ( wheat flour ) - 2 Cups
Water - as needed to make soft dough
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Ghee - as needed ( for cooking carrot paratha )

Yaar ye Kitti Awesome ha.. 9.30 PM sleeps and had almost everything while feeding. my lil girl refuses almost everything and don't want to sleep till 12.30 AM

My twins doesn't sleep till 1😕 midnight they get super charged all of a sudden and start screaming and running all over 🤦
My 7 year old and 4 year old run and play with full energy after 9 pm only.

My daughter will turn 15 months tomorrow... I'm giving her solid food since she was 8-9 months she enjoys all salty food like daal, sabzi, khichdi ,idli,dosa etc but doesn't want to eat sweet things and cerelac, milk( other than ब्रेस्टमिल्क) are strict no no for her. The only concern is, she's having just one teeth so far ( एकदंत) बनी हुई है 😂😂 Everytime I watch your videos, I love the way she eats 😘😘 God bless 🙌🧿

To make them sleep early .. we parents first need to get into that sleep mood by creating the atmosphere to sleep.. then it automatically gets habitat

Hello just wanted to know how was your baby sleeoing when she was 6mnths old , i.e dis she used to sleep for 5-6hrs long and wake up once or twice for feed or how was it , my lil one hardly sleeps for 3hrs in one go and then wakes up frequently
Hi Kanchan :), no worries.. Yes, it happens with most babies and gets better by 8 or 9 months as they start eating solids..
With my baby, mostly 3 or 4 hours cycle.. sometimes 2 hours gap.. rarely 4 or 5 hours :)
@@c4cookingchannel Sorry my question was when your baby was 16months old :D i mistakenly wrote 6months , yes as my kid is now 16months old i was expecting him to sleep for atleast 4 hours in a row but no luck :d , any suggestions if you can give for this

Hi Jasmin :), no worries.. if your baby wakes up for milk during the night, they will be full in the mornings/breakfast time. They might prefer late breakfast around 10 or 11am. Just follow your baby’s schedule and you will be fine.

I agree that toddlers don't sleep before 12 am or 1 am . My baby plays a lotand gets tired and only then he sleep.. may be you try this .. as we feel and sleep well they too do the same thing..

Hi Khan, We lived in New Zealand during our baby’s 1st year and it’s often cold and windy.. she ate banana every day and was fine. No problems :)

Hi mam.. Good to see your baby enjoying the meal time. Meanwhile I find it very difficult to feed my 14 months baby. He refuses to eat and becomes fussy on high chairs. How did you train your child? please share
Hi Athira :), no worries.. I used high chair since starting solids ..
Best tip is to feed them when they are fully active ( especially 30 minutes after nap ) as they are less likely to be tired and cranky.
Do not feed around sleep time or if they are already being grumpy or tired.
Also, wait 30-45 minutes after giving milk/formula to give solids as they are more likely to eat.

Hi Harshitha :), We do ‘ toy tidy-up time’ before bedtime at night.. initially, she used to watch.. later she started helping with the tidy up.. I think, this could be one reason she remembers to put things back during the day:)

Hi Chitra :),.. no worries.. try having meal times together and show baby how you chew with moving your mouth and they often repeat ( some will just smile or stare at you :).. don’t worry if they don’t follow/understand the first time.. keep doing it at different meal times with calm/gentle approach and they will follow :)
Try with
1) soft cook beans pieces
2) soft cooked carrot pieces
3 small pieces of banana pieces
4) small pieces of roti, dosa, paratha, idli, appam, bread or naan pieces
5) small pieces of soft fruit pieces
You can also do this during other times like snack time or free time.
