Actually one can start with 4 meal too according to his/her schedule one can give and intake too. My baby is 7.5 month I give 5 meal with small and different food

For the floor, I used ‘ Tiny love play mat ‘ bought from a baby store in New Zealand :)
My baby is 11months old and she is not at all interested in food and crying.. I'm introducing many news foods but no use.. please give me any tips please..

Try these tips:
1) offer only when your baby is hungry
2) do not offer soon after milk or formula ( as they will be full and not hungry).. wait 30-40 minutes and then feed
3) do not give solids around sleep time ( when sleepy or soon after waking up from sleep )

2) Massage - once a week

1) Bottle feeding is not necessary if you are breastfeeding.. I introduced bottle from 6/7 months ( 1 time per day only ) along with breastfeeding to help switch to bottle at a later stage :)
2) By 7 months, babies will be ready for 2 meals a day..by end of 7 months you can give 3 meals a day
3) I never gave gripe water.. but if suggested by doctor you can :)
4) water helps with constipation problems while starting solids.. I would recommend giving 10-20 ml 2-3 times after starting solids :)
