Fwiw Chris I had you winning that Arnold Classic over Cutler. I've been judging and competing for over 30 years now, at that time I had already been judging for a number of years and I thought you had it.
It's interesting to hear Chris talk about training and winning the Olympia. Ronnie used to sling the weight also. Dorian and Ronnie had completely different training Styles but both brought that gnarly hardness and density. I watched them both compete in their heyday. No question in my opinion Cormier structurally had all the tools to win that show if he could have put it all together. He never came in with that nasty peeled striated look though. I thought his best condition was his rookie debut at the Ironman when he got second to Vince Taylor. I was there.
You’re right brother not super pill, but also needed to train with Intensity. I was training with ego and lifting big weights zero Intensity that’s my fault for not understanding fully what my goal was as far as having someone in my corner to get that can teach me Intensity and tenacity.
