    Really great and meaningful stuff. The way Dorian has changed by evolving towards to new visions (saving some landmarks in the science and maintaining the worth of heavy duty which remains by itself we do say) makes him a real huge witness of a different greatness: he deserves today the way deserved in his moments, being Mr.O but being, at the same time, a new more meaningful concept of a Mr.O. as maximum goal in the BB with all the gifts and freedoms it may brings. ( p.s. His freedom is like a mirror and gives much more sense to all his path and process.. And I love it. ) Blessing Dorian: the Shadow is in a new great light🌟 Blessings everybody and Thank you Dennis for sharing all this.

      Of course he is going to pay attention to the science that supports his practical application, considering that was/is his training protocol for the gains he made as a professional bodybuilder🙄
      He isn’t nor has he said the other protocols do not work. He simply stated that his protocol gives optimal results for intensity and growth/recovery. Chris Cormier supported this with his 2 weeks of training with those protocols on this very episode.
      Same thing with the interval training training for cardio. 1 minute broken up into 3, 20 seconds intervals high intensity bursts. Been used for years by explosive athletes.
      There is always more than one way to skin a cat!!!

      everyone is biased to themselves and their own, same goes for Yates, same goes for Milos.
      Add some pride and ego and you've got yourself a debate/confrontation.
      At the end of the day one needs to evaluate and break it down.

      @Spilly McGee. That torn bicep was only visible in 1 pose out of 11 total compulsory poses lol never affected him in the symmetry round, and 6 out of 7 total mandatory poses. Baring in mind there are 4 rounds to judge, not just 7 poses...! Muscularity round was only 25% of the total scoring back then. Dorian routinely won the symmetry round, posing round and the posedown!

    • @scottish__beard8856
      @scottish__beard8856 Рік тому

      @Spilly McGee. Shape doesn't mean a thing when it comes to judging criteria lol if it did then flex would have defeated him in 93. The 3 main objective criteria is symmetry muscularity and conditioning. 2 of those dorian had in spades. You telling me flex was superior the rear relaxed than yates? Or even both side relaxed shots. He had too much depth, thickness and conditioning was miles ahead. I've seen flex in person and he was incredible, but dorian was on a other level! Flex had great conditioning in 93 and dorian still made him look soft! As samir bannout said, dorian was that good, he was 1st 2nd and 3rd!
      As for Ray, fantastic physique, nicely balanced, but when you have someone who has 50lbs on you with superior muscularity and conditioning, that's hard to beat.

    On the 6 minutes intense vs 45 minutes steady state, purely from a calorie deficit standpoint, if someone needs more calorie expenditure from cardio, 45 minutes will definitely triumph... this is math. BUT from the heart benefits, that 6 minutes crazy hard intervals, will bring many of these

      100 percent correct steady state is done to burn calories. I did mine at 9 pm to burn off any carbs and glycogen stored, that way I was burning fat as I slept. Some people do it in the morning same concept you just don't get the fat burning effects as long. High intensity interval is good for cardiovascular health
