The Hobie pedal drives are having a lot of problems right now. And now the new 360 is more expensive so I’ve heard. Note Apex is better. For 1,650$ you can get a bite bugslinger with more attachments and a 500lb capacity. Nobody’s coming close to that deal.
This one looks good, portability and stability - and a pedal drive with reverse, waiting to see you fish out of that thing👍

Aliex do you think the Bixby Fin Adapter will fit just in front of the rudder? the reason I ask is might be cool to remove pedal drive in front in order to fly fish with level open deck to operate tangle free.
yeah the bixpy will fit in the us fin adapter, i will do that video soon. I think you can even set it up in the rudder, since the traps will hold it, something else i will test
Is the drive bracket interchangeable with an X drive style system from Vibe with the flippers so you can use it in more shallow water?
Also does Bixby make a Vibe adapter to fit the hole bracket for the pedal drive? If so that would be awesome! Great review!

Always check with the airline but should be able to as long as they accept 60# bags, there no electrical components here

Primary stability is off the charts
I don’t know, maybe if the cranks would be larger, those short ones will melt your legs after 5 minutes, the rig looks good overall, not my thing
drive is super easy to pedal, designed that way super smooth, they may do a gear upgrade, will make it faster but not as easy to pedal, just like the hobie turbo fins per say

I just saw this same pedal drive on a kayak in academy and that is one cheap azz pedal drive. I can’t see it lasting 6 months.
