Lets go flop shoes 🤣
“I want to believe!”, sent me into orbit.
“Stepping into my..STEPPING into my new life of evil” 😂😂😂
This was unbelievably well written and entertaining. Thank you :)
"Flop shoes" has to be the best insult to a clown I've heard.
"Let's go, flop shoes!" Will now be my favorite interjection 4:13
Easily the best of these so far 😂
The silent takes, the speechless pain, from later-day Val Kilmer has me absolutely dying.
"You're not Taxi Driver, you're Must Loves Dogs", killed me. 🤣🤣😂
Can you explain the context to that joke
@@trillinationThe Joker was a Homage to Scorsese films like King of Comedy and Taxi Driver. Must Love Dogs was a Rom Com film. So instead of being edgy it's fluffy nonsense. Of you could look at it as Taxi Driver being a great instant classic, whereas Must Love Dogs was this mid film that was easily forgettable.
This is what inspired Joker 2. Joker's "Joker" really was just a lame dweeb that nobody wanted to be their Joker.
Beh, non lo è mai stato (nel primo più a livello iconografico)
For some reason, this Joker gives me the general vibe that he can do various excellent impressions of the sounds animals make.
Or setting up and dismantling the world most complicated sniper rifle sound effects.
Yeah, if I had to guess, I would say those would no problem for him.
Now you know where 100,000 Batmans come from
6:00 "Most comics just retreat into improv" - Sounds like Pete is poking fun at himself a bit😅
He does a legitimately good joaquin phoenix impersonation.
This was amazing and totally unexpected, the acting was on point! The dialogue and costumes first rate. Glad I stumbled upon this today.
“You’re not Taxi Driver, you’re Must Love Dogs!” Most savage Batman ever!
The impressions of Christian Bale’s Batman and Joaquin Phoenix’s Joker I feel like are going under appreciated here
Pete making these during the strikes makes him the hero we deserve AND the hero we need right now.
"the strikes"?
That was just mainstream Hollywood. Why would any UA-camr stop producing material over a strike that had nothing to do with them?
I mean he is a Hollywood writer/actor. Drew Barrymore got shit for doing her podcast
@@karlbush1678 because, as a writer and actor who has had his own television shows, he definitely belongs to both guilds and still produced these and posted them to UA-cam.
@@karlbush1678because people like Peter, Kyle Dunnigan and very few others from Hollywood can show us what we already knew…..WE don’t need them
This is the dying breathe of one of the pillars of our society that actually won the Cold War….and we sadly are watching their demise. But thank god for these few folks
The strike has been over for weeks now.. not sure it applies to UA-cam anyway 😅
Possibly the best explanation of how one of our favorite villains was put out to pasture
Pete Holmes is the Batman we deserve
But is he the one we need 🤔🙂
I think you mean he's not the batman we deserve, but the one we need right now.
Yes i want him to play next Batman film we ALL will watch ❤️ 🤯😂
@@ratkomilutinovic829 A full length film where he beats the enemy with stupidity. I would pay full price to see that.
@@ratkomilutinovic829 We need to start dying down the comic book super hero clout by giving it a big send off telling everyone how stupid it is, and always will be. I wanna see Pete Holmes tell the Joker he doesn't care anymore.
Like... I get. The Joker's an asshole, he doesn't have backstory, because he's a lazy excuse for wrighters to be edgy, especially if they're new and don't care about Batman's BETTER villains, WITH backstories!
Pete, Thomas and Josh - three absolute comedy gods on the same set.. how did the world not explode!!🔥🔥🔥
What are their full names? I can't find it.
@@arfx7521 Pete Holmes Thomas Middleditch Josh Ruben
Agreed. Put any of these 3 together with only 2 of the 3 - or all 3… and let the cameras roll.. what comes our the other end will be gold
I was looking at the Joker and going, I swear that's the guy from the CollegeHumour videos..... thankyou! - I never knew his name (Josh Ruben)
@@Strainj1THANK YOU!!! It’s the “make some noise” guy from DropoutTV, from the Game Changer spin-off show. I had a hard time figuring it out who he was.
Omg that joker impression is not only comedic but so on point 😂
Right?
The character is basically a gay dude dressed up as a clown.
Yeah! I got so used to everyone doing Mark Hamill Joker that it's a really nice breath of fresh air to see good Phoenix Jokers
That's Josh Ruben. He also does the best Robin Williams I've ever heard.
We now need a scarecrow movie based on scarecrow being scarecrow in a wizard of Oz production
Best one yet. Badman finally got so fed up he quit himself out of pure embarrassment. Love it
7:16, that was cold
"yeah, you just never freestyle that." Like Ledger. lol FUCKING KILL ME 😆
6:33 " are you doing the Elaine"?
Ehere do you think this stuff 😂😂😂
I knew I had heard that voice improv thousands of classic lines. Josh, you're a true gem of talent, and Pete keep bringing us these fantastic skits for the love of all that's good
Wow, whoever played the joker here, in places, got the voice sound and intonation and way of speaking really accurate, like Joaquin did. Very impressive, it's a super difficult and an odd cadence and voice to copy.
Josh Ruben, notorious for good impressions and believe it or not, animal impressions! He’s on a show called “make some noise” very similar to “whose line is it anyway?”
@@IAmJunkerwhich made that "most comedians just retreat into improv" line great
@@IAmJunkerLike, seagull impression..?
@@HafidzMurshidie 👀
HAHAHA dude it’s been years and he comes back KILLING it 😂 I love this series so much
7:02 predicted Joker 2
Yeah he really watch the movie before it was announced
I quit lmao. This skit phenomenal. Had me rolling in the best for 10 minutes when he danced. I need a 2 minute version of you and him just dancing to the tune in green screen and the world would be perfect.
@@Yeahright999yeah right pfft
Please never stop making these videos Pete. Hilarious and when I'm having a bad day they get me laughing and it sure does help.
When you asked Joker if he was doing “the Elaine”, I lost it 😂 well done
6:55 - who is George Costanza!
@@jaybone2321 (Captain America voice) I understood that reference
Lol
😂
7:10 Me after having watched Joker 2.
Godddammm this was the best one. "Are you doing the Elaine?" LMFAO
Can't say how glad I am to see Josh doing Comedy Sketches again! #superpunch
Who is this Josh guy? Does he have a channel?

To be fair that's a dam goodJoaquin Phoenix impression. The voice is very close.
He looks like Joaquin Phoenix too
After Folie a diex, this needs a part 2.
