A very tasty meal, I would like to know what else is added to the oil when frying the rice? Then there is a nice dip with lots of green and red chillies, I would like to know the recipe for the dip, what is in it comes?
There was a lot of things that could be improved upon in this cooking, but I would definitely eat this fried rice. That was also the most ghee I've ever seen used before for one table's meal lol

1:40 I always use a finger to check water depth as well. The right amount of water is super important...too little water? Dry. Too much water? Rice mush.
Every Asian person uses the knuckle trick to measure the right amount of water for rice 🤣 My dad, who's not Asian, taught me that and it does work with most white rice.
