You can use 12V Relay, 12V Buzzer, 1K Resistor instead of 5V Relay, 5V Buzzer, 220E Resistor. Then you can give it 6V - 12V supply.

I connect supply 3.7v*2 =8V supply. Adding 6-12v buzzer it's work or not?
