I used a 80 camero front clip and rearend in mine to get it on the ground and the width was good. I think you will find there are lots of things that will fit. You can find rearend perches at any trailer parts place. I put the camero booster and brake pedal on mine also. Don't worry what others think about your old truck, the only thing that counts is that you like it. if you are near southwest oklahoma I think I have some hinges.

That clutch head screw can be taken out with a med needle nose pliers inserted in the opening and use a screwdriver across the handles to turn it but soak it good first.

The Mustang II and 8.8 will be a a great upgrade and have the same bolt pattern front and rear. With the obs seat what I did with mine was lower it 2 inches by sectioning the seat brackets
