I am going through the same or even worse. I think I’ve had acne for like half of my life bc of genetics and hormones and i have always felt insecure. I turn 23 this year and i feel like my skin got better, but when its a week before that time of month it gets SO bad. So i completely understand what you mean. I know its not professional help, but girl talks like this makes me feel normal and even better. Thank you for sharing your story! You are a beautiful human being and i love ur videos

Going through the same. It's tough. A lot of people go through this. I wish there wasn't such a stigma and shame around it.
The shows and movies make it sound like it is horrible. The shame mostly comes from inside us. We are harder on ourselves more than others are. There is nothing wrong with having acne.
You are more beautiful than you think you are ❤

You probably won’t see this but you genuinely have the most beautiful voice ever. Feels like a dream is the most beautiful song I’ve ever heard. Even the lyrics are beautiful unlike most music these days. Such a beautiful song and I hope you find the happiness you deserve 😊

Literally going through a bad breakout right now. I usually just have a small breakout a week before that time of the month, but I have been having one for a few weeks now. I just think it is my hormones and some past exam stress. I totally understand what you mean, I also feel really insecure with acne, but I know it's just temporarily and it will get better. By the way I am a 20 year old girl and I really love your videos. God bless!

Thank heavens! I stumbled upon you once again, recalling the time when I first discovered and fell in love with your voice at the tender age of 16. When I turned 18, my girlfriend sifted through my subscribed channels, found you, and became jealous, leading her to unsubscribe. It may sound peculiar, but after essentially forgetting about your existence, yesterday, you appeared in my dreams, seated on the opposite side of a grand campfire, singing "Sign of the Times" (not exactly my usual musical preference-but it was the first video i found back when i was 16 -- prob clicked because for aesthetic reasons 😅). Even though it had been three years since I last watched any of your videos, in the dream, I couldn't see you clearly. Rather, your voice felt incredibly familiar, and suddenly, it dawned on me. I had forgot about the incredible talent I once witnessed. Upon waking, I rushed to rediscover your channel, only to realize it had been three years since. Consequently, I found myself sifting through 1.5 years of my UA-cam history, desperately trying to recall the name or any relevant details of that enchanting blonde beauty with the angel like voice.
As it turns out, my search for you had no results, and a slight sense of sadness crept in throughout the day. Fortunately, just as I was about to call it a night (it's currently 3:27 am here in Germany), UA-cam pleasantly surprised me with a recommendation featuring you.
After trying to convey my sentiments, I send heartfelt greetings and best wishes from Germany. I sincerely hope that you experience profound happiness in your life, because your voice has a calming effect like no drug in the world. Consequently, you have earned a place in my daily prayers henceforth.
Allow me to share a piece of advice, even though I may not know you personally (I may be only 19, but I speak from experience). Here's a crucial key to happiness: cherish the time with your loved ones because it is finite. Make the most of every moment, and don't let any negative soul dampen your spirits....Remember, you have been gifted by God with many blessings, but His true gift lies in your loved ones.
May you and all your loved ones lead long and joyful lives.
With all that said....Viel erfolg und danke das es dich gibt!!!!
    🙏
Edit: Would F*CKING LOVE vocal`s of your`s in DnB tracks!

Acne is normal and something you can’t fully control so don’t worry too hard about that ladies or anyone else watching and just focus on what you can. Also just wanted to say you have a beautiful voice. I just listened to you singing “can’t take my eyes off you” and I really enjoyed it 👍

You are at age where your female hormones may be in change. An imbalance can occur when external factors come in to play, mood, vitamin deficiency, water intake or extreme diet changes. I applaud you for showing a side of you that is recognized by others in the same situation. These are stages in our lives that take place, sometimes at the most important times of our well being, learning how to deal with it is the priority at hand so that our esteem and self assurance is renewed. Pay attention to times of break-outs and diet changes. Things like diet, new makeups, bad diet, new hair products can secretively be the culprit. Regardless, Keep on being you! We all love you for you.
    🙂

I relate to this video so much !!!!
Growing up I never struggled with acne until 2 yrs ago. My skin went from 1 or 2 small pimples a month to cystic acne all over my face and jawline in the span of 2 months. I just turned 24 and I’m still on the slow journey of healing my skin. Some days it feels like my skin took steps backwards in progress… it definitely affects mental health in more ways then I realized! But Jesus is such a faithful friend, and our identity is truly found in Him!
Thanks so much for being honest about your struggle and experience. Proud of you ✨🫶🏼

I think my experience might be useful to you.
I'm a guy and I had acne all through my teenage years, nothing crazy, but enough to destroy your self-confidence.
I went to the dermatologist when I was 18 and they gave me the same cream and I tortured myself with it for a year, it didn't help me one bit but it didn't make it worse either.
You see, most people's acne is caused by the pores getting clogged with dead skin cells.
The cream is actually an acid, it's just there to dissolve those dead skin cells, in the process it can of course damage the rest of your skin, destroying the outermost layer of your skin which makes it so it can't hold moisture and therefore dries out.
IMO you should ditch the cream because it will only damage your skin if your skin is not shedding at an abnormal rate.
My salvation was Isotretinoin, you would probably find it as Accutane in America.
It's a pill that just erased all my problems.
The only side effect for me was dry lips, nothing a chapstick couldn't fix.
In my case, I got acne because the root of my hair follicle got infected, swelled up and closed the pore from the inside and caused swelling, using the cream then just dissolved healthy skin, it felt like a nasty sunburn, not pleasant indeed.
All due to hormones btw, which seems to be the cause of your problem as well.
Wash your face with water ONLY, no need for cleansing or any BS, just warm and cold water.
Also use moisturizer, don't waste money on expensive ones, I got the Cerave 500 ml bottle, cost me 20 euros and lasted me for over a year.
    Now for something less pleasant.
You CANNOT ignore it, you have to get rid of the pimples or it will scar.
The best I know is to use a disinfected needle tip and clean hands.
I ignored a pimple like my doctor told me and it caused it to scar.
PS: You have seen what it feels like to be unhappy with your appearance for a few weeks and it has already affected your mental health, even though you already have a partner who loves you.
Now imagine having no one and thinking your looks are the problem.
I am very lucky because my only problem was acne and now that it is gone I am getting attention from girls left, right and center but there are a lot of people out there who cannot fix what they don't like about themselves.
Understand that you are blessed with above average looks and be grateful.

Not sure if my original comment was deleted, but I recommend you see an esthetician who specializes in acne. That has helped me way more than any dermatologist ever has. Tretinoin cream contains a pore clogging ingredient FYI.

ok so idk why I would even comment on a video like this bc I usually don't leave comments BUT I have to contribute bc I think it might help. Humans are biological. This can totally happen to anyone. There are many things that can contribute to acne. Diet, age, hormones, stress, diet again, environment, diet AGAIN. I have found that the avg American diet is literal shit. Fr try not eating sweets for a month, its insane. Then add in not eating processed foods, wild results tbh... But regardless, personally I still had acne even with a good diet and low-medium stress. So as a dude, I just dealt with it. At 25 I have almost no face acne. At 22-23 I had a lot of back-ne as they call it. at 17-19 my face got destroyed. You could argue that as a dude all the scars add to a "manly" vibe but idk lol I might disagree. The TLDR?? Physical looks pale in contrast to personality AND the inescapable question: is acne inherently "ugly"??? Right now I know a girl who has a decent amount of acne. I'd ask her out in a heartbeat if the opportunity appeared. Shes an absolutely solid individual and wildly hot. The type of person who will 100% have your back in every situation. If anything, I might not be "good enough" for her. The acne literally has no bearing on my feelings. If anything, it makes me like her MORE! bc I know she's not "perfect". Perfection is a lie and it pains me that so many girls find themselves trying to attain a status that is impossible AND really no one deserves... the older I get the more I realize how much we've screwed ourselves. Don't fall for the trap. Good luck friends 👊 you're more than what you think you are

I suppose it's a bit like a receding hairline as a guy - except a bit better since a receding hairline isn't likely to come back. Now I don't think "normalization" is exactly what's needed. Everybody knows that they will encounter people with bad skin or late 20yo's with thin hair. And typically they won't judge you morally for either. It's just that people with bad skin or hair realize that life could be a little easier if they didn't have the issue. Normalization sadly won't make people find one equally attractive. I suppose as with many things in life, it's something one has to cope with. One can't really be 23 and be well traveled AND well studied as a generalist AND super sporty AND fairly far into ones career AND popular online AND a party person. One can't have it all, and we gotta cope with not being the best looking. All that said, of all things, bad skin in the early twenties is among the least terminal of concerns. So keep it up.
