she shouldn't pick up where the live action ended, even tho the live action covered most important plot points, theres a few plot points that are NEEDED that the live action didn't adapt.

@@akumablood1509bro they adapted 44 episodes in only 8 episodes in the live action they skipped a toooon of characters even appearing or characterization for others, theres like a whole list of things to mention here not just a single thing
@@akumablood1509like they skipped the dog from buggys arc his backstory, they didnt show the loyalty of zoro tryijg to pick up luffys cage, they didnt even show richie (mohjis lion) and a ton of nami characterization, they also skipped more important things in other arcs like in arlong park cutting out characters like hacchan who becomes important down the line with sabaody and him knowing rayleigh, who was also skipped (even though i understand why they skipped rayleighs earliest appearance cus it was like a single panel, they got to the foot on the barrel scene way too early too, skipoing loguetown in its entirity which i hope they just did to give the live action a good ending and that they will still make loguetown in season 2 but you get the point

Cee, watch from the start. It will make you understand all the straw hat characters. It's done better in the anime coz they take their time. Live action change certain things which make you look at characters differently. So definitely start from beginning. In the future, if they do certain things, you won't be surprised coz you would already know who they are.
The One Piece fandom is called Nakama.
Nakama roughly translates to "Someone closer than family."
To give you some context
The actors were hand picked by Oda himself and some of them having accents is also an understandable thing as Oda has already told which characters would be from which part of the world if they were in real life . Lastly the scenes were changed because Oda himself decided to change them to make everything more realistic . A lot of anime and manga fans actually really liked the changings in Syrup Village too .
Moments like Nami's moments with Kaya and stuff , her being ill due to being poisoned , and to be fair if Kuro would have brought his ship and stuff people of the town would become aware in the end in real life , Kuina's death is not clear to this day but fans think the word "accident and felling down stairs" is used because to hide the fact that she committed suicide . Garp being introduced so early makes sense too because as you saw his whole life he has been wanting Luffy to be a marine but hearing he is going the other path he immediately got up to try his effort of changing Luffy's path one last time . Meanwhile Mihawk bodying Krieg is understandable too like there is just no way Krieg would have gotten away like he did in manga or anime . Moments like Buggy being visited by Arlong also makes sense as Arlong is the one ruling East Blue from shadows and Buggy destroyed a town completely so he visited him saying who told you to do that . Zeff eating is leg is actually cannon if you don't know and the story followed the route of manga on that one cuz anime changed it . Oda wanted to make his story more realistic for audience who have never watched or read One Piece in anime or manga .
My only issue was with Nami visiting Arlong herself to make the deal cuz in anime and manga Arlong took her in by force and I think that is more ruthless and understandable .
Ok y’all too early in the anime fandom one the creator chose the characters and supervised the whole show and luffy is Brazilian de actor in the live action is Mexican so makes sense he would look like that as a kid

His younger actor is the only one that looked the present actor compare to all of the other actors younger actors imo

The live action is for newbies who don’t want to go through over a 1000+ episodes. But it was still cool. My favorite thing is actually The Going Merry. I would love to sail on that ship.

Netflix finally broke the curse of transforming anime to live-action with the One Piece adaptation...This was show is truly amazing and really a love letter to all the fans of the Manga and Anime. Right now it have a lot of good reviews and the fandom really embracing this.... Hey Kidd they are more focused on the story from the manga instead of the anime that's why some of the events that you wanted to see turn into live-action didn't make it because they are considered fillers.
As a fan of both the live action and anime I liked the live action's packing however it missed a few plot points

I felt the writing didn't do him justice. In the anime, it feels like he's filled a role and is just as big a personality as the others. Maybe it was the time constraints... They checked all the boxes for things he did but at the end he still doesn't feel full if that makes sense

Watching the Live Action before that part of the anime is a mistake. The LA will be your original if you watch it before and the Anime might not seem as good. Also the LA cuts out a lot and mashes things together so it skips a lot of important plot in the anime
the issue from the anime fans are not understanding and hard to be friends with these days its there's lots of bias and jealousy around anime fans so be careful who is telling you what. As there are so many genra's for anime's now at this point just let some anime's grab your attention. If one piece isn't for you that's fine there are lot of shows out there that will grab your attention. Also these days don't mention who's your top fave as people will go nuts if you don't mention your show. But this is one of the reasons why i have a few friends who are into anime cause how crazy people get these days.
