It's strange Miguel never really addressed this or apologized to Tory. Tory confronted him about it in season 3 and while Miguel didn't deny it, he also didn't seem very sorry, it's something I hope he does with Tory in season 6 since I feel like Sam and Robby got that closer at the beginning of season 4
It doesn't matter Miguel was looking for Tory after the party Sam she was trying to Robby but it was to late
Well Tory overreacted by going berserk, but that doesn't change the fact that Samantha and especially Miguel made a bad decision by cheating on their partners. However, all 4 of them have already forgiven each other, so while a late apology would be nice (better than never), it wouldn't really change anything that much since they already understand how remorsed they feel for the way that quad has been treating each other for the past four seasons. I understand your point, tho.

Honestly at this point, Miguel and Robby have moved past it in Season 5 and now they're besties, and Sam and Tory are starting to finally bury the hatchet. They may not end up becoming friends, but at least they're no longer enemies.

Hawk caused the riot actually if you watch it, Tory fought Sam 1 v 1, Hawk started the riot.
