I Love this health Journey you’re on Antonia ❤after losing 25+ pounds, then recently regaining 10(bc I’m not sick with nausea every month anymore thx to my new doctors😅super grateful for that) I have to work harder to build my muscle back now and just turned 36 🎉. Anyway I feel like I have someone to ‘do it with’, now!
