Great video! It's good to see a different style of camping compared to a night in the hills/mountains. Thanks for sharing, I really enjoyed that as always!
Thoroughly entertaining vlog once again & wow what a sunrise - bet you were glad when it started to get light. Top marks for sticking it out.. thankyou. 👍
Your videos are not only entertaining but also a reminder to always be careful. You are young, having a lot of experience, and fortunately can handle a lot. However, I often see people hiking up a mountain in flip-flops, for example. 😂👍
Loved the coastal camp.bit different than a windy camp in the lake district haha. Hilleberg tent stood upto the test. Epic morning view, the colours were spectacular. Cracking steak sarnie. looked lush. Great vlog again.
Always a pleasure to watch your videos while forced to stay home. You are so genuine and refreshing, its great to accompany you on your adventures. Cheers from germany!
Fabulous camp! Love the sounds of wind waves and rain. Feel and thank you for your efforts in bringing this too us. You always bring us the best quality stuff Liam. Just something about waves and wind.
Haha what a quality video! Love the mountain stuff you do but this was pleasingly different, Forest camo next, hopefully with less sloppy tent bottom 😅
Thanks mate, gotta get out when I can, working full time and running a UA-cam channel can be quite difficult so gotta get out whatever the weather sometimes! Especially to stick to the weekly vids.
The "after" with the sunrise and seeing the devastation (albeit on a very small scale) is rare to see. You're doing a great job showing how to use the Soulo BL, including when things go bad like this. I had my favorite Sierra Designs Clip 1 20 years ago get flooded out during a massive storm... it might have been okay if I hadn't opened the door, but other people were checking on me to see if I was okay. I swear, it was a great tent. But the mess and flood that came after I opened the door left me heartbroken. I never cleaned up the tent, I didn't have any help, and I was young. It was several years before I tried camping again. I guess, I'm saying I know what it's like to have your favorite gear get trashed. I'm glad you came back from that.
😂you braved that one out mate!..what a swampy mess!!😱 can only imagine the clean up at home😂🙈🙈 Cracking looking sarni though👌🏻 Thanks for sharing, stay safe
The whole area below that hillside is a bog, they have put drainage in higher up, but ultimately all that hillside will fall into the sea along with the holiday plots on top, the trees are holding it together but many are felled by beach partiers in an attempt to burn them for camp fires but it's green timber so will not readily burn and ends up as driftwood. Gaz Yorkshire coast.
Them conditions looked brutal and another great test for the tent, took it like a champ. Steak looked immense and my is very impressed with your new pan. ATB Dan 👍 👍 👍 👍
'Ahhh shit, its gone, its gone!' 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 I had a tarp failure in pitch dark early hours, packed up and went home via head torch. It is part and parcel of the adventure! lol
Enjoyed that mate. I've just acquired a Tarp 10 to go with my Staika so hopefully I can do something similiar. Great job on the sandwich and good filming.
Can’t beat east coast sunrise! There’s plenty better spots in the coast. Never underestimate the sea. Hilleberg soulo bathtub saved you there ! Best footprints and groundsheets. We are having very high tides at the minute 😂 you’ve defo upped the food game in this one , looked banging 😊
Second of your videos that popped up on my YT suggestion list and and I must say how much I've enjoyed them both. Thankyou. Being born and bred in Beverley East Yorkshire may I suggest next time you visit the coast for a camp out that you try Danes Dyke between Bridlington and Flamborough. There have been plenty of strange things witnessed in the area which are well documented by Paul Sinclair on his Truth Proof YT channel. Keep going young man, you rock 💜💪💜
I went there for a camp last year. I found a flatter more sheltered spot just inside the woods. The problem I had was there was a load of chavs already camped at the spot where you were camped and we didn't feel safe.
Another night at home that you soon forget about! ...... Rather take the slings and arrows of adventure than slide into terminal boredom. I have nothing but total respect for your camps in ferocious weather, some of it is truly terrifying, but what gumption. Awesome ( From a softy southerner!)
I never go to the East coast, much happier on the west. Depends where your closest too when travelling time is important. Great video though, good to see warts and all with camping videos so people know it's not all happiness and bliss, we always look back on these trips with a smile. Good for you mete, cheers
Loving these videos just watched these this morning keep up the great videos just started filming my own walks etc love going out on tot trails round Barnsley
yes its refreshing like the draft from a huming birds wings.like the breath of a fluffy barn owl.like the mist from a galactic waterfall on the planet Thrimp Flange Gingie Sector 6..oh the wind! oh the wind!😂
Not gonna lie, I'd be heartbroken if that was my budget tent, let alone a hilleberg. I hope its survived but i guess its designed to withstand that kind of abuse. Also that sandwich looked insane, im 100% getting a pan for when i next go out. 👍👍
Hahah i was gutted mate, spent longer cleaning it the following day than I did asleep in it on this camp! Pan is a game changer mate, especially the Jet Boil skillet pan, highly recommend it.
Nice 1 buddy, you have literally drove past my house to get their mate, check you out getting all Gordon Ramsey foe tea. I recognise your spot, normally quite nice roithat part, I bet your glad you took the hiltonberg with you with all that weather, the cloud peak would have gotten battered. Keep at it mate, ta Stu.
Even the brightest summer day and balmy temperate conditions does not mean you'll not be battered with an relentless coastal breeze that insures any beach camp can always no matter the season or weather eventually turn out to be an very challenging experience...
Each to their own, but I cant see the value in the Jetboil skillet, which ranges anywhere from £59 - £35. Ive been using a Trangia non stick pan with folding handle for nearly 3 years. Non stick. Easily cleaned and around £18. However, as i said...each to their own.
I’ve used the Trangia with the detachable handle and the Jet Boil skillet is much easier to cook, the non stick on it is fantastic. I’ve not tried any others though yet.

One of the best beach breaks on the east coast.. especially down the other end.. enjoyed the drama😂.. aye
Your videos are not only entertaining but also a reminder to always be careful. You are young, having a lot of experience, and fortunately can handle a lot. However, I often see people hiking up a mountain in flip-flops, for example. 😂👍
Thank you.. safety first but gotta take a few risks in life and push yourself..

Fabulous camp! Love the sounds of wind waves and rain. Feel and thank you for your efforts in bringing this too us. You always bring us the best quality stuff Liam. Just something about waves and wind.
Thank you for showing me where not to camp.If I ever camp near the sea, I'll keep this in mind.

That was quite a ride! Always informative and entertaining ❤
North Sea coastline is notoriously stormy, particularly during winter months. Credit to you for going camping in such bad weather. A great video.
Mornay sauce on a wild camp? You bloody legend!
Beautiful morning, awesome food. Yucky mud.
Makes me feel starved
Like you’re video man👍

Thank you Tracie, glad you have enjoyed the videos! I’ll make a note of that suggestion 🙂
I cannot wait to go here, unspoiled beauty.
I thought this was something out of the Fast Show. Let's rough camp.
I went there for a camp last year. I found a flatter more sheltered spot just inside the woods. The problem I had was there was a load of chavs already camped at the spot where you were camped and we didn't feel safe.
Enjoyed that one.
Glad you did pal
Get yourself some delta pegs bud. They are ideal for bad weather camping.😊👍
“And no, the weathers not good… it’s shite” 😂
Good to watch all the influx of british videos of camping

Impressive steak sandwich!

Prior preperation and planning prevents piss poor performance, never forget the 7 p rules , something everyone learns the first week in the army
Cool vid, I've only just found your channel and love the fact you're from Yorkshire too! You've got a new subscriber
