I know zero about scotch so thanks much for the info guys! I do have plans to explore a few bottles of scotch in the future but the American single malts have taken over my palate recently lol!
We found a lot to love in the American Single Malt category. If you like ASMs there a solid bridge to scotch. Speysides and Highlands are generally fairly mild but are a lot of fun. They're a good place to start. Then work your way to some of the islands, Orkney, Skye, Jura and if feeling very adventurous, Islay's. Islays with some exceptions are very smoky, peaty robust. When you get interested, circle back with us, we can give you some good starting points. Cheers!!
