I think the funniest part is that they weren't even meant to be friends. In an interview the Duffer brothers said that they were the two that didn't really have anyone and didn't know what to do with them. So they put them together, and it worked SO well!

Everyone forgot his birthday somehow too this season. Mike and Lucas are more confident and assure of themselves than he is too !!
