I just finished the video. It's pretty interesting. Thank you for showing the way you work and sharing tips! (also thanks for linking some of my videos 🙂). Spoilers: I think you are going to enjoy our next update.
Proper fill tools and better drawing tools? Please make this happen and maybe fix the no AA distribution as well? The lines become more dotted at lower width values when AA disabled.
How do you always manage to make my brain explode during these tutorials?? You can put a bone animation IN A SWITCH GROUP?!?! 🤯 Thank you. I want to include FBF in my current project.
Hello, my friend. Thanks for the lesson, it was interesting! I also have an XP-Pan tablet, and in the settings of the tablet's own application, I put a "windows ink" cross. Up to this point, Moho had not felt the force of pressing the pen. When I put "windows ink" on, everything started working smoothly.
Oh my goodness!!! You actually did it! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 I'm so grateful that you actually made this! As a 2D frame by frame animator myself, I've been pondering how I might make use of Moho in my workflow! You may have provided the solution! HUGE THANKS Joel!!! 😍😍👏👏👏
Thanks so much for this most precise tutorial Joel. I just bought Moho few weeks ago on sale and managed to find a solid well structured tutorial that went over my head. But yours is to the point and procise which i highly appreciate.
Hey Micah, that's awesome to hear! I've seen your stuff before on social media but never knew you used Moho ^^ We need more users like you. Hope to see a workflow behind the scenes one day! Thanks for commenting and cheers!
@joelmayerprods Thank you for all you posts here and all that you do. after watching this and your "Moho as a clean up tool" video, I will experiment with the frame by frame more and come up with a work flow that combines FBF, Switches, Vitruvian Bones, Masks, Warps Animating, and Bones/Smart bones
Brilliant, thankyou Joel! Another brilliant video. Skill, warmth, humility and humour! BEST thing is the simple(?) suggestion of mapping 'next/previous key' to < and > !! I had an inrgrained Flash habit F5 F6 F7 (extend, duplicate, blank) for keys... the < and > along with the clickable 'push keys R/L' butons on the timeline has really 'opened up' quick and dirty timing, retiming! A 'simple' thing that really means a lot. Thanks so much again.
@@joelmayerprods I'm on 14.2. You can't define it, but alt+arrows does it. I ended up finding one that I liked even more: next/prev keys selected. The difference is that I have to select, and that's good, because I can define which ones I want.
As a long-time Moho user, I’m quite embarrassed by how long it took me to get used to the Styles dialog. Along with the frame-zero concept, these are areas where I really think the developers should make significant changes to avoid scaring off newcomers.

Hey Victor, ooo exciting! You heard it here first, folks! Gonna pin that comment :D

Thanks for your tip, i‘m on a Mac though ;) XP has since released an updated driver that resolved the issue.

This is exactly what I needed :3 Thank you!
Moho is such an awesome tool. I love to use it as a hybrid for frame by frame with some parts that are done in moho to speed certain aspects up.

OMG!, OMG! Micah is hereeeee?! and he uses MOHO Too?!🤯🤯🤯
Great tutorial! Love how you break down the frame-by-frame animation process in Moho. Super helpful for traditional animators like me
It's great to see how versatile Moho is.
Thanks for this great tutorial!

Thank You very much!

19:50 It's strange, but in Windows we don't have previous and next, only previous and next selected.
Make sure to be on the most current version perhaps, i think they added that option only recently.

Is this Moho Pro 13 or 14?
14 :)
