    This exercise, which I personally used to find my why, is a technique to work out the answers to those existential questions we all wrestle with - our existence, the meaning of life, the point of all our efforts. By following through the entire process, you'll find it easier to handle these questions whenever they crop up.
    The Exercise in 4 essential steps:
    1️⃣ Brainstorming Your Dream Life: This fun and creative step involves mapping out your ideal life in as much detail as you wish.
    2️⃣ Generalising & Categorisation: This step involves grouping and simplifying your thoughts into broader categories to create an organized structure.
    3️⃣ Prioritisation and Elimination: Here, we focus on identifying the topmost priorities in your life through a simple rating method.
    4️⃣ Answering Why: Finally, we'll delve deeper into your choices to understand the reasons behind them, the potential regret if not done, and their impact on your life.
    With this exercise, you'll gain a clearer perspective of your underlying motivations, values, and desires. Remember, it's a lifelong journey and annual revisits to this exercise can be of great help.
