Where are the text frame options? I want to be able to set columns in the text frame.

How do I STAGGER text? I'm told this is not possible using Affinity Photo. I'm designing a cover for a CD that I've made on a particular artist. For artistic reasons, I would like to stagger the artist's name on the cover so the individual letters are at slightly different heights.

In Affinity Designer, if the heights of the individual letters vary smoothly, you could try applying a warp preset to an entire warp group. Warp groups are apparently not supported in Affinity Photo.

You clicked on something at the top of the screen and then sped away. We can't see what you clicked. Tell us where you are taking the. mouse and say, "Go to the top and click the third box from the left." Experts aren't always good teachers.

In typography design is not recommended use vertical text, no good for reading, at least with latin characters
