well... you cant teach that to somebody. you have to look at the audio track, listen carefully, and look, where the beat is. (often it's at high points). then you mark the video part and put it onto it. everything needs to be made carefully. even if you only missed it by 3-5 millisecs it could seem to be wrong. it's learning by doing^^
