Re unassigning orders...once you arrive at restaurant, if you've waited at least 10 minutes you can unassign without affecting your completion rate %. But you have to use the chat support option to do this. You'll have to choose a few answers from the support bot but eventually it will respond back to you confirming that it is aware you've waited at least 10 minutes and that support will unassign you from that order without penalty, without affecting your completion rate %.
I just got accepted as a Dasher today and see nothing. Is there an app I am missing? Uber is so easy, push Go? How do I get to this heat map? I am so bewildered and confused. Please help me. Support was useless.
I don't understand the scheduling.. I schedule an area and time slot.. I go there and get no orders.. then I'll drive around and the app will ask if I want to "dash now" and THATS the only time I get orders. How do I always get that option? or is that random?? I found myself driving around to busy zones to hope it would let me start dashing now and wasted like half a tank of my gas
You talk about that black message box and how you can thank them after your drop off. I haven't done a dash for a couple days but after I seen what you said I clicked on it but it says no messages. So is that only if a person sends you a message after I would drop off there stuff or is it a time frame it gives to send a ty message

Mqy i pls ask, why is it when i arrived at the store or dropped off the food, the buttons , "arrived" "confirm pick up" or ive arrived at customer Doesnt show im the screen? Will this show automatically? Or i have to exit the gps to see it? The only thing i can see is the exit and the details of the delivery. Thank u
I started yesterday and this freaked me out at first but all you have to do is click back or like you said exit GPS and then it will automatically pop up! 👍
