Death Wish 3 Reunion w/ Alex Winter, Tony Spiridakis, and Kirk Taylor

- This week we are celebrating 2 important dates; November 1st which marks the day that Death Wish 3 hit theaters back in 1985 and November 3rd, 1921 which was the day that Charles Bronson was born. So what better way to celebrate than to get together "3 of the nicest bad guys ever" from Death Wish 3. Alex Winter, Kirk Taylor, and Tony Spiridakis played the roles of "Hermosa", "The Giggler", and "Angel". They talked about their auditions, death scenes, personal experiences with Charles Bronson, Michael Winner, and so much more. This reunion was put together by myself and Chris Rauch who runs the Charles Bronson Twitter account and we thought, "hey let's get these bad guys together," but what we didn't know was that we reunited 3 people who formed a bond on set and haven't seen each other in almost 36 years. It was quite special to see them together again.
This is by far the coolest thing we have ever been a part of, enjoy!

Great Reunion. Death Wish 3
Genuinely have not laughed that hard in almost a decade! Absolutely blast! Thank you so much for doing this!!! I haven’t watched Death Wish 3 in years but I plan to tonight hahaha. And now I have to listen to this after I watch it again! I love these dudes so much. Cheers🌿🌿🌿🌿🌿💫💎🤙🏻
Wow. I am floored. Thank you! It was a blast. Please subscribe here and also check out a bunch of other interviews and movie sequel reviews that I know you will LOVE at sequelsonly.com
Thank you!
I loved this movie when I first saw it. thanks for posting. I really liked Gavan O'herlihy as Fraker. He played such a good "bad guy" . first time I ever saw someone with a reverse mohawk.
Thanks Jeff. This reunion is something that will be tough to beat, but check out more interviews and movie sequel reviews we have on our channel. Subscribe and check out our website at sequelsonly.com
I loved the Death Wish movies.
Glad you were able to get these guys together. Cannon films really had their own thing going on in the eighties. They kind of had a sleazy vibe, but they also made one of my Favorite Judd Nelson films, his debut I believe, Making The Grade from 1984, and a heartfelt story of a Rock band with Leif Garrett in the cast called Thunder Alley from 1985. Good times:)
Yeah, it was an amazing experience. I interviewed Kirk in 2020 and my buddy connected with Alex winter and Tony. Great stuff. I also interviewed Ricco Ross and Joe Gonzalez. We love Death Wish 3
If you could understand how cool this is......I mean, I learned a bunch of things that were not in the Bronson's Loose books listening to this. The cool stories here are amazing, hilarious and gave me a big smile for the first time in ages! DW3 is very silly, but a cult classic and very watchable. Frankly, the 3rd and 4th movies are the only ones I care to watch these days of that series. The 2nd movie is pretty damn vile IMO, and I am not a prude, but it just makes a person feel ugly. The first film is well made but the message is a bit confused for the modern era. The 3rd and 4th movies are just so off into fantasy-land that you can enjoy them for what they are. Thanks to Alex, Kirk and Tony and this channel for putting this on!
@@mattirealm thanks for watching. Oh I understand how cool it is for sure. I am the one with the gang makeup on lol. This movie was one that my dad and watched a bunch so this was special for me. I have done interviews for the last 5 and a half years and this is pretty impossible to top for me.
Also agreed on 3 and 4 being the only ones I rewatch yearly as well.
We also talked to Ricco Ross and Joe Gonzalez. Both video are on there channel around this time. Also did a solo interview with Kirk in 2020 you can listen to at sequelsonly.com/kirktaylor

Please share and subscribe to our channel. We have other death wish 3 interviews with Ricco Ross (The Cuban and Joe Gonzalez (Rodriguez). Plus a solo interview from 2020 with Kirk Taylor (The Giggler). -Doug
😳😳😳
That's awesome
Thanks!
Death Wish 3 was awesome to me when I was a kid, y'all did a good job of playing villains.✌
They crushed it and thanks for watching. We had a blast doing it.
I would love to see a second reunion with these guys plus the two who couldn't make the first one, Ricco Ross and Joe Gonzalez. That would be epic!
Great call. Chris and I are meeting Joe for lunch in a few weeks. That is something we’ve been trying to cook up. Thanks for watching and please subscribe and share.
@@SequelsonlyCool! Watching the five of them talk and reminisce would be gold.
@@Sequelsonly I almost forgot. You could try and get stuntman Rocky Taylor onto a second reunion. He's got an official website with email address and phone number etc.
@@Illustraful good reminder. We tried a while back. Thank you!
Amazing insight from everyone!
Thank you Matt. My buddy Chris and I still pinch ourselves that we organized this. It was fun being a fly on the wall. We also interviewed “Rodriguez” from Death Wish 3, actor/writer Joe Gonzalez link sequelsonly.com/joegonzalez
Also Ricco Ross who played “The Cuban”. Ricco was also Frost in Aliens and a bunch more. Link sequelsonly.com/riccoross
Lastly Kirk Taylor “The Giggler” was our first Death Wish 3 actor and you can hear his full story at sequelsonly.com/kirktaylor

Death Wish 3 was mostly filmed in a studio Backlot in England and it looks like it. But I still really like the film. Best scene is when Bronson karate chops the guy in the jail cell. The nude black lady in the last scenes was played by the director's lover Sandy Grizzle, who said Micheal Winner was a weirdo.
Yeah, Alex, Kirk, and Tony talked about their time in England both filming and hanging out.
@@Sequelsonly Alex joked in an interview that he thought the gang members dressed like corrupt British navy officers! Gavin O Herlihy who played Fraker, said that he got along great with Bronsan in contrast to others over the years who found Bronsan very difficult.
God, I love this movie so much, and the villains are more than 50% the reason why. (Like all good movies) ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Yes. Thanks for watching. You will also find our interview with Joe Gonzalez (Rodriguez in Death Wish 3) and Ricco Ross (Cuban) in the death wish 3. Also have a one on one with Kirk Taylor (The Giggler) as well. All on the channel, sequelsonly.com , and wherever you get your podcasts. Like share and follow us.
Alex Winter is now mainly known as a comedy guy.
Thanks for watching. He is big in doing documentaries as well; UA-cam, Zappa, and more. Please subscribe and check out our other stuff.
To bad Gavan could not make this
I think Gavan had already died sadly.
RIP GAVAN O'HERLIHY.
Will the lost scene of Spiradakos as Captain January in Kubrick’s Full Metal Jacket ever be seen?
Tony recently told my pally Chris, who did the reunion with me, that there is a documentary in the works and maybe they will show it in there because Tony was asked to be involved.
Such a bad movie but so watchable. He killed the giggler.
It’s one of my favorites. It doesn’t stop moving and so insane. The last scene is epic. So cool to get these guys together to reminisce. One moment I will never forget.
Those three actors are very talented.
Kirk Taylor does not age, lol
He does not. Thanks for checking out the reunion. We were lucky enough to get all of these guys together after almost 35ish years away from each other and they didn’t miss a beat.
I interviewed Kirk Taylor one on one a while back about his career, you can hear that at sequelsonly.com/kirktaylor and that has podcast links to listen.
@@Sequelsonly Thanks!
